Looking at how Kaiba and Ashara act around each other, we can tell a few things
Mainly:
They seem to have a base level, instinctive, raw attraction to each other
Not forcefully feelings yet, but they are definitely interested, and have a pretty good chance at being a ship.
Even if we ignore the flirting, and how Kaiba's vision literally heated up/went pinkish when Ashara said "I stole your heart?"
When Shiva takes partial control, he kinda threatens Kaiba
Two things are worth noting here
Kaiba was not scared of what could happen. He's aware that Shiva could kill him by breathing. But he isn't scared, and I think it's more than him being a smug cat, I think it's in part because Ashara is the one who allowed Shiva to come out, in part, so I'd Ashara could do that, that would also mean Ashara can hold him back. And Kaiba isn't scared of Ashara, because his instincts tell him Ashara won't hurt him
2. Ashara, when Shiva comes out, and says "I hope you're not overstepping son of Bastet" Ashara tells shiva "no it's okay, this one is fine" not "it's fine" "*this one* is fine" specifically Kaiba is okay.
The other moment we want to look at is when Ashara first walks into the palace, before Kaiba even spots him.
Kaiba picks up on his scent on his "nice smell"
Many creatures, including Cats and Humans, use scent to choose their mate.
Ashara also was apparently "too distracted" to bring up Kaiba's spirit to him.
This can mean one of a few things.
1. Ashara finds Kaiba's spirit fascinating, and is drawn to it.
2. Ashara can't figure out much about Kaiba's spirit. (This one is unlikely.)
3. Ashara wasn't distracted by his spirit, but just by how Kaiba acts
