Chapter 12

Yeonjun

While performing our new song on the stage with the members, I kept relating the lyrics to something, rather someone who was watching me behind the camera. I was supposed to look at the camera but my eyes kept running to her. Thankfully, the director didn't notice me glancing at her every time but the members knew. They knew I was distracted but they didn't know by who. 

They could have guessed it already cause I had told them about Haeryeon. I'm waiting until I ask her out, then I'll tell them. But I'm sure they already knew I'm so caught up with her. Our company doesn't mind their artist dating, we just have to be so discreet about it until the time has come to tell the fans. 

"Good work, everybody!" 

Soobin shouted after finishing the recording, I was a little tad late to bow as I was hallucinating. "Hey, you okay?" Taehyun came up to me, squeezing my left shoulder. I smile as encouragement that I was okay. "Come on, you have been really blank since this morning. What's in your mind?" They were still riling me up with questions as we walked to our waiting room. I smiled sheepishly as a reply. 

"Is it about her?"

My saliva suddenly got caught up in my throat if that was logic. I tried to deny it like a normal person but the members have been with me for years so they actually know when I lie. I can't keep a straight face. "It's Haeryeon, isn't it?" Soobin asked while lifting both of his eyebrows. I tried to deny it but my face were not doing a great job. My face proved it so obviously.

And at the perfect moment, Haeryeon walked in with a little pout on her face. She's so adorable. The corner of my mouth lifted up a little indicating a smile and somehow they all saw that. "I knew it's her, don't deny it." The leader struck again as always. "Shut up!" I gave them all a warning and they all laugh simultaneously, driving all the attention to us including Haeryeon. She giggled before going back to her work. My heart suddenly wanted to burst out from her cuteness. I wish I could hug her right now.

Haeryeon

I felt eyes on me while I was working. It was a little uncomfortable but knowing it was the members assured me a little but I wondered why are they looking at me. Was Yeonjun gossiping about me? Are they judging me? I hope not. I would like for them to like me as I know that the members meant everything to Yeonjun. They are like a family and I really adore their relationship. I wish I had someone like that in my life. My thoughts suddenly clouded with bad memories and somehow my eyes were blurry with tears. 

I quickly snapped myself out of my thoughts. I don't want to get emotional in broad daylight with a bunch of people around me. The members went back on stage to perform live and this time I didn't go out to watch them. Yeonjun kept looking at me when they were rehearsing and I didn't want to disturb him. It's better if I stayed here. 

I noticed I was the only one in the room. Where did everyone go? Maybe they went to take a walk or grab coffee or something. Somehow they forgot me, I mean everyone forgot me. I sounded so lame, what the hell! I don't really care, I love to have personal space. While scrolling my phone, I heard footsteps outside but it didn't sound like a lot of people would be walking towards here. 

Yeonjun

I stood at the door to see Haeryeon alone in the room. I frowned in confusion. "How come you are here all alone?" I stepped inside and took a sit next to her on the sofa. She shook her head. She didn't know that the staff are all hanging out at the cafe. They left her all alone here. I started to get furious by the thought that they left her intentionally. 'Where are your friends?' She wrote it on her notepad. I only smiled at her and push it aside.

"Now that we're here all alone, I can finally hug you." I took her in my arms, holding her tightly. Her body froze for a second before wrapping her arms around me. "I miss you so much." I pecked her cheeks three times before glancing at her red face. She nudged my shoulder to stop me from looking at her but it encouraged me more to keep looking at her cute flushed face. She covered her face with her hands but I peeled it off the second she put in on her face. 

"Baby...let me look at you. Don't you miss me?" I pouted. It was a weapon I would used it on her every time because I know she was weak towards it. She let out a loud sigh before engulfing me in her warm but I didn't get to hug her back when she suddenly pushed me so hard until I fell from the sofa. I glared at her to see her eyes were wide open looking at the door. I turned my head to see my members grinning like a fox after seeing the affection displaying in front of their eyes. Oh god.

I am really sorry for not updating for months. Some of you guys must had been waiting for an update. I am really busy with my work and I will absolutely try to update more frequently.
