Yesterday was rough. Especially for emma. She is still asleep. I dont blame her. She had 5 flash backs yesterday and two nightmares tonight. I booked an appointment with a doctor cuz i want to have her checked out for depresion anxiety and autism. I booked the autism one bc she struggles with loud noises certaian textures ect. I havent told her yet. I dont want her to freak out.

Timeskip-to when emma wakes up.

B-goodmorning baby.
E-morning
B-how are you feeling today? Any better?
E-im still feelig like shit. Its no better.
B-thank you for letting me know.
E-no problem
The appointment is in an hour.
B-go get dressed okay
E-alright
She still gotta eat. Im going to ask the doctor for tips.

Time skip- to them leaving.

B-we need to go somewhere but i dont think your gonna like it.

The drive there was quiet. This is where she is going to start panicing. I turn into the doctor car park.
E-what are we doing here?
B-i told you you werent going to like it but its important to get you checked out.
E-b-but im fine
B-now tell me honestly. Are you really ok?
E-well no b-but i dont need help.
B-yes you do, now come on its gonna be ok
We head inside and Emma is very quiet. We check in and wait to be called in. 5 minutes pass and we finly get let in.
Doctor- emma oconell
We get up and go in but emma is very tesnse so i give her hand a reasuring squeeze.
B-its ok
I wisper into her ear.
Doctor- first im going to see how ta you are emma.
Emma steps up to be measured.
Doctor-wow you are 5foot 5. And now i need you to step on the scale.
Emma shakes her.
E-i dont want to cant
B-step on the scale and close your eyes you dont have to look.
She does as i said
B-good job. Im proud of you.

Time skip to after the doctors cuz im lazy.

Well we just found out emma jas adhd, autism, depression and axiety (sociol and seperation). So thats great. We are going to the shops to get some stuff to help her.

10 minuets later me arrive. First we go get some ear deffenders. I get 2 one pair for home and one for travel. Then we go get dome sensory toys.

Time skip to after shopping.

B-so you know how i sing ye. Well we are going on tour next week to england. Is that ok.?
E-ye its fine
B-You better start packing.

Ive most of my stuff packed for tour. Im excited to go but scared about the big crowds and loud noise but its ok.
