Snow water is just water that was collected in snow form but has melted. Many witches collect a bit of snow from the first snow of the season, then continue to store it in a jar for the rest of the year. Use it to calm down a charged situation or angry person and/or bathe in it to cleanse negative vibrations and bring peace to yourself.
