Chapter 7: Epiphany

Yoongi's POV:

I trusted Hobi but I didn't want to disappoint the band by letting people know about me and Lyn. I know that they might have an idea that something is up since we all hang out every evening. She is friends with all of the guys, which I like that she is because I know that they do like her. But I am worried that they might get too distracted from our job. Then Army, what will they think? These were thoughts I had every night laying in my bed or in Lyn's bed after she fell asleep. I care so much about her so I worried what would happen to her if Army found out. She was so sweet and took everything to heart. I huff and saved all the work I had saved on my computer and got up and left my studio locking the door. It was late but I knew Hobi was still here and was doing one of his Hope of the Street Vlives.

I walked to the practice studio hearing the music and I slowly sneaked into the studio and waved at him when he saw me at the door. He smiled at me and motioned that he would be done in a minute and I nodded sitting down waiting. He wrapped his Vlive and then grabbed some water before coming over to me. I got up and met him halfway and we sat on the floor facing each other.

"What's up Yoongs?" He asked me and I sigh

"I want to talk to you about some things and kind of share some news" I told him and he nodded, motioning for me to continue. "Well, first the news is good. It's been about a few weeks but seeing as your my best friend I wanted to let you know but um me and Lyn are actually dating"

"Oh wow, congrats! That's amazing! Did you two talk about everything? Does she know what both of you are risking doing this? I am happy that you are happy but I am just making sure you both talked" He asked me and I nodded.

"Yes we have but I no longer want to hide it from all of you guys but I was worried that all of you would be upset or worried about it. But I honestly like her a lot." I tell him blushing feeling very vulnerable.

"How far have you two gone? Have you two...?" He asked me, causing me to blush some more and I shook my head no.

"No we haven't 'slept' together, we are taking things slow since we both have our dreams we want to do and don't want to risk anything happening right now" I tell him smiling thinking about Lyn.

"You're in love aren't you?" He asked me, smiling wide and laughing at me being totally whipped for Lyn.

"I think I am Hobi and it scares me how much she has changed me in almost a month." I tell him, sighing.

"I know you are worried about the other guys, they won't be mad if that is what you are worried about, I think we can all be happy and make sure everything stays quiet if that is what you want?" He offers and I nod.

"I know Lyn wants to keep her job so that she can get some study and help with what she eventually wants, which is to create her own beauty line. So if we can keep it quiet for a while. I don't want people to send her hate. She comes off strong but she very much takes every comment to heart." I told him and he nodded smiling.

"Ok maybe we should head to the dorm and we can share your good news with the guys?" He asked and I thought for a minute.

"I am going to pick up Lyn, so that way we both will be sharing our news to you guys." I tell him and he nodded, smiling wide.
