Chapter 23: Pied Piper

Yoongi's POV

It was September, the month that two of my girls celebrate their birthday. Lyn didn't want to make a deal about her birthday but I still wanted to do something special for her before I had to leave to start my tour. But she wanted our focus to be on Mini's first birthday. But I know she deserves to be celebrated that she is turning 27, wow it is hard to believe she is only 27 and I am in my 30s. There isn't a shocking age gap but I feel like we are the same age and have been together for a long while.  

I couldn't sleep so I didn't want to keep Lyn up. Mini just got better from having a mild case of RSV. Lyn had been up with her for a few nights now so I was going to let her sleep while I worked on music in my office studio in the house. I heard Mini stir and I got up and went to check up on her. I smiled seeing her standing up in her crib. I picked her up and kissed her cheek. 

"Hello, my little princess" I told her softly hugging her. "Why are you wide awake" 

She babbles causing me to laugh softly. "Do you want to come help Appa with some work then?" I asked her walking to my studio. "daddy has a new piece he is working on for mommy" I tell her smiling. 

"Now you be a good judge and let me know what you think" I tell her and play the piece for her and she bounces in my arms liking it I assume. I laugh softly kissing her head. "I am glad you like it. I also have this other piece just for you my little musical princess" 

I played a little soft piano piece that I had written. She laid against my chest holding onto me listening to the music. I held her close to me and watched as she started to fall asleep listening to the music. I held her as she slept and I continued to work on music till I started to fall asleep. I walked her back to the nursery and laid her in her crib. I walked back to the bedroom and laid down beside lyn. Around 9 I woke and saw that Lyn was up already, I heard the shower running and smiled that she got to have a full night sleep. I got up and got dressed for the day today was the day we would be having Mini's first birthday party with the guys. My brother also was coming to see his niece. 

I order some coffee to be delivered to the house with some muffins as I knew Lyn will be busy getting ready and everything so I figured it would be good to help her by doing that. After I did that I went and woke up Mini to get her ready. I took her to the kitchen and fed her first before giving her a bath and getting her dressed for the day.
