So let's start this of easy, this is from before Red Sky At Night played out, it's the first time Percy is at Nico's place. (I will try to update at least twice a week!)

Percy's POV

The kitchen was dark. When Luke, my friend who lived here before the di Angelo family, had lived here he had had bright paintings and a colorful rug on the floor, now there was nothing but the bare dark wooden floor and the empty grey walls and cupboards. A single light bulb hanged from the ceiling casting a creepy glow upon the boy’s faces.

“It’s nice here.” I commented not wanting to be rude, well partly that but even though it was dark and a little creepy it still felt like a home... or to be more specific it felt like Nico’s home.

“Screw you, it’s horrible and dark, you could easy mistaken this for the darkest part of tartarous.” Nico replied grumpily and rummage around the cupboards.

“You are a bit morbid you know.”

“Oh have you noticed that now.” Nico smirked and handed me two spoons. “I’m only morbid with you if I’m comfortable.”

“In that case I’m honored.” I laughed and sat down by the small kitchen table. We had only hanged out for real maybe one time before. Nico was easy to talk to though so I didn’t mind and I really was that glad that he was comfortable around me.

Nico pulled out the ice cream from the freezer and sat down on the opposite side from me. He smiled before pulling one of the spoons from my hand, a small blush appeared on his face but he ignored it and started eating the chocolate flavored ice cream.

Once in a while Nico would playfully kick my leg and he would always chuckle while doing this, it didn’t hurt and because of us not saying much it became a way for him to express something. What that something was I had no clue.

“So where’s the family?” I asked and tried to meet his dark eyes.

“Bianca is at Thalia’s, they have become best buddies and are talking about boys and shopping non stop. B practically lives there now, she hates being around dad and the fact that I take walks almost all the time. Hades… I mean dad is at some bar or club. Where ever the booze is.” A dry laugh escaped his lips before he started munching on the ice cream again. He gently licked the spoon like it was going to fall apart. “And yours?”

“Tyson is working and mom… mom is at home but will soon return to the hospital.” I pushed down the tears that threatened to come. I took some ice cream too and smiled. “I don’t know where dad is though.”

“And you’re happy about that?” Nico looked suspicious.

“Yeah, tots,” I winked at Nico but then shook my head. “I mean he is kind and always makes me laugh but he was or well still is a douchbag to mom. A real A-class jerk.”

“I guess we both have shitty fathers.”

“Let’s cheer to that.” We clanked our spoons together before we swallowed down the chocolate.

“How old were you?” Nico asked, and of course he didn’t mean my age now, Nico may be younger but he wasn’t stupid like some told him he was.

“A couple of months old but he returned and stayed for a while when I was two. Then he left and only visited from time to time. I had this huge… crush, in lack for other words, for him and I was always so happy meeting him.”

“I get it.” Nico said. “I mean Zeus, my uncle, the one who… took my mother away… he was always so nice you know. He would praise me and my sister and then mom died but he continued like nothing until dad decided to move here. Zeus back lashed and started threatening dad and hurt B.”

“And you?” I raised my eyebrows and took another spoonful into my mouth.

“He would hit me an whisper shitty things about me.”

“Good family you got there.” I said sarcastically.

“I know.” He laughed and followed my example, stuffing his face with ice cream. “But it could have been worse.”

“Dude swallow before you speak.” I groaned and threw some ice cream on him.

“That was a first.” Nico winked and threw some back at me.

   “Is that so?”

After that a war broke out. Nico would throw ice cream on me and make this adorable scream laugh; I would take cover behind a door or a chair and then direct my attack. After half an hour of screaming and laughing the ice cream covered the cupboards, the floor, the ceiling, and our shirts, hell it even covered the small window. When we tried to clean up we started to argue on which method was the best, let’s just say that the war started again but with water this time.

He would cup his hands and throw it in my directions but the water was easier to take cover from than ice cream and hurt less to get hit with.

My counterattack left him soaking and with anger in his dark eyes making them a darker shade of black. He would then take a bowl fill it up and then slowly inch toward me with a sway on his hips and a smile on his lips. Dumping it over my head was hard for him since he was shorter but the more fun since he climbed the chairs and the table in the kitchen. I was too amazed at his agility to move.

I would like to brag and say that I won but in God to honest truth it was Nico who won. The mess was bigger though and we got towels and paper to clean it up, which left us with world war three and paper everywhere.

Nico took cover behind a bathroom towel and I was creating a whip out of my own towel. Smirking I flicked it in his direction earning a yelp and then a laugh of relief. He flicked his own towel, hitting me on my arm, which by the way hurt like hell so I ran towards him, tackling him into the wall. Not in a rough, I want to hurt you way but in a playful tender kind of way.

“Why you got to be so tall?” Nico asked, his feet hanging a few centimeters over the ground and he tried to kick me with no success.

“You can say that I was born with it.” I winked.

When I least expected it he wrapped his legs around my waist and his face got up to mine. Our lips were almost touching and my breath hitched, he was beautiful and sexy.
I started leaning in but then he dropped to the floor and ran to his room. I followed as quickly as I could, catching him before he jumped up in his bed. I got him down on the floor.

“Surrender!” I screamed and forced his hands over his head.

“Never your kelp head.” He laughed and tickled me with his foot; damn this kid was flexible. I laughed so hard that I let go of one of his hands.

Nico got the upper hand and turned us around so that I laid on my back to the cold floor and Nico was straddling me.

This feels good, my mind purred and heat filled my body. Nico wasn’t that heavy, it was pleasant to have him there, above me. The light made a halo around his messy black hair and his dark eyes shined with laughter.

I forced my hips up, throwing him of balance. One again he was on his back and I laid in-between his legs. He was breathing heavy and had a blush, a blush that made him ten times more beautiful then before.

My eyes dipped down to his lips that were painfully close to mine and my heart skipped a beat. He was beautiful.

I lowered myself and then caught his eyes. They shined brighter and he held his breath, slowly tracing his hands up my back.

“Nico?” his father roared as he entered the apartment.

“I should leave.” I breathed out still oh so close to him. When he nodded our noses touched and I wanted to kiss him but instead I got up and held out a hand to help him up on his feet. “Thanks for the ice cream and the… wars.”

“Y-yeah n-no problem.” He scratched his neck; maybe, just maybe he had wanted to kiss me too. No Percy what are you thinking you are indirect still dating Annabeth.
