The next day they all had group training again but they lined them up to give them somw informations. All the groups were there except the group that coached Katana, they were in the woods. Everyone could notice that the coaches were nervous and that good news was probably not coming. There was a man sitting in the tent with a few others around him, the only thing they could see were clean leather shoes with polished soles.
"Well..we haven't told you before but our highness came to visit today. He is very happy to see progress among all of you and that your absence from school has paid off. But still, we have to focus on the right skills because you will be you which will protect all of us from the war. That's why the king ordered someone to leave and go to the palace, because of the lack of points ... Jeongin Yang "
Everyone was stunned, Jeongin was the youngest but he was one of the better ones in archery. There were a lot of them who failed almost every test, but they themselves knew that the points didn't really matter, but the face. The king always took the most beautiful ones for his pets in the palace. The two guards got out and headed for Jeongin who was scared with almost tears in his eyes, he was holding Seungmin's hand behind his back but his hyung couldn't save him, he didn't know how to. Before the guards could touch Jeongin, Han stood in front of him
"You can't took him, he's only 15!"
"han move please" the coach ordered han but han stayed standing in front of the jeongin
Soon a face appeared before him that he did not want to see, the king. A person everyone hated
"what do we have here, you're trying to get a friend out .... Hm, not bad for a replacement" No one understood until the king snapped his fingers and pointed at Han, the two guards took him with both hands
"I'll take this one anyway, I expect better results next time" the king turned to the coach and left with two guards who took Han from the field. Jeongin wanted to stop them but Seungmin pulled him back and hugged him thight so he wouldn't move, holding his hand over his mouth as he told him "don't, calm down. Hyung will take care of everything." Seungmin knew how much Jeongin was hurt because Han sacrificed himself for him, but Seungmin now felt most sorry for Minho. Maybe it was even better that Minho wasn't here to see Han being taken away, they would probably do even more shit. They stopped training now because they had to make changes, so that something like this would not happen again. Seungmin was outside on the bench as he hugged Jeongin who had been crying on his shoulder since they came, he didn’t mind but he didn’t even know how to calm him down. He heard a familiar voice around him better and better until soon after Minho appeared with one of his friends
"puppy where's Jisung!" Minho heard the news but didn't trust anyone, he thought it was a joke until he saw only Seungmin and Jeongin
"Lino hyung... Han hyung-is gone" Seungmin's heart ached as he heard those words. Minho was left in shock, unable to believe what Seungmin had told him and that the rumors were true. He soon fell to his knees as his body began to tremble with tears streaming down his cheek very quickly. Last night was the last time he could be with Han and make memories.
