The Fearless Fox

Prologue

"You will give the people of Earth an ideal to strive towards. They will race behind you, they will stumble, they will fall. But in time, they will join you in the sun, Kal. In time, you will help them accomplish wonders." Jor El

Somewhere on a far planet everything was in ruins, everything was on fire, almost everyone was dead, and the only survivors are doing nothing but screaming in pain and or sadness. Somewhere within the ruins a boy was crying for his dead parents who are horribly scorched beyond recognition, while crying he suddenly hears footsteps. The boy stays quiet and shakes in fear, from the rising smoke of the flames emerges a fox in green body armor, silver gauntlets, and silver boots. The boy looks at the fox and says in his alien tongue which is translated to, "Why did you do this? You took everything I love, do you even have a conscience?" The fox looks at the boy, his eyes were glowing red but then they slowly go back to normal and his eyes were green as he then looks at his own hands.

The fox was starting to feel something strange, he had a strange feeling in the back of his throat that he never felt before. He was feeling sadness, actual emotions. Before he was never aware of anything, not even his own existence. He was only made for one thing, to kill, to destroy, and to cleanse the land of all life for his creators the Borchna. He was a living weapon of mass destruction.

The fox starts to tear up as he kneels to the ground and starts crying, the boy looks at the fox in confusion.
