Chapter 5

Later in the morning at Knothole Village, Alex and Sally were back in their homes and are asleep. Alex wakes up and goes outside and looks around and decides to use his X-Ray vision on Sally's hut and sees that she is still asleep so he gently knocks on her door. Sally wakes up and goes and opens the door and smiles, "Oh good morning Alex." Alex smiles and wags his tail, "Good morning Sally, so last night was amazing." Sally nods, "It really was."

Alex smiles and looks around then back at Sally, "So I just wanted to say hi before I go and start out being a superhero, bye Sally." Alex was about to walk away but then Sally's ears go up, "Wait Alex there is something I want to tell you." Alex turns around, "What is it?" Sally blushes and looks down, "Nothing, bye Alex." Alex nods and blushes also and starts to fly away.

Meanwhile at Station Square there was a jewel thief climbing a tall building through the use of suction cups, but then to his surprise he sees Alex standing on the glass wall. Alex smiles and wags his tail, "Hi there." The jewel thief gets startled and starts falling down the building and Alex starts flying down and catches him then lands on the ground next to a cop and places the thief down while holding onto him. The cop gets startled and Alex smiles and looks at his name tag, "Don't be startled by me officer Yuji Naka, but you will be surprised by what this man did." Alex reaches into the jewel thief's bag and takes out various jewelry and puts it back in, "It's not up to me but I suggest you arrest him."

The cop nods while still shocked by Alex's presence, "Certainly." Alex smiles and flies away. In the city there is now a car chase between a car with a group of thugs inside and several police cars. One of the thugs sticks half of his body out the window with a Tommy gun and starts shooting at the police cars in which he successfully destroys some of them, "Die you fucking pigs!" The thugs manage to successfully escape the cops and hijack an empty yacht.

The thugs go inside the ship while one of them is steering it. Two of the thugs sit down and one of them takes out a huge bag of money and looks at the other thug and laughs happily, "This is perfect, with this we can be the richest guys in Mobius!" Suddenly they can see Alex standing outside on the ship and one of them raises an eyebrow in confusion, "Who the hell is that? Silent Justice?" One of the thugs sneaks behind Alex and attempts to hit him with a crowbar but instead of hurting him it made the crowbar vibrate and Alex looks at the thug, "Bad vibrations?" Meanwhile at the Station Square police station, police officer Yuji Naka was in the office with the chief, "I'm telling you boss, it was a flying fox in green armor!"

The police chief chuckles in disbelief, "Right, does he have two tails too?" Suddenly another police officer runs into the office, "Guys you have to go outside and see this!" Everyone walks out of the building and sees a yacht on the ground with the thugs tied to it. Yuji Naka and the police chief see Alex fly away and the police chief looks at Yuji Naka, "Alright, the first beer is on me." Alex was about to fly back to Knothole Village but then he sees a burning building and flies to it.

Alex uses his freeze breath to put out the fire but then he hears the cry of an old woman inside and he goes inside and looks around, "It's okay ma'am, the fire is gone." Alex sees a hooded figure and slowly approaches them then when he got close enough the hood came up and it was revealed to be Robotnik, "Surprise!" Robotnik punches Alex violently in the face and though it doesn't hurt him it sends him flying into the wall and he chuckles menacingly, "So you must be Alex, I'm so glad to finally meet you." Alex growls and gets up, "And you must be the mad man Sally told me about." Alex was about to run to Robotnik and punch him in the face but then suddenly he takes out a gun containing knock out gas and uses it to make Alex unconscious in which he succeeds.

Later Alex finds himself on the roof of a building in Station Square and it was night, Alex slowly wakes up and groans a little bit as Robotnik's voice can be heard, "Wakey wakey fur ball." Alex was laying on the ground and looks at Robotnik who is standing in front of him, "What do you want?" Robotnik smiles menacingly, "I have a proposal, join me and you can have all the power you want." Alex makes a small fist, "What makes you think I will join you?" Robotnik chuckles and shakes his head, "Alex, you and I are not so different, just think about it."

Alex shakes his head, "I'm not like you, you're a murderer." Robotnik's eyes glow red a little bit, "Well, to each is own." Robotnik helps Alex get up, "Let me tell you a little secret, there are billions of people on this planet but you and I are one of a kind. Forever until the end we will just keep fighting over and over again, over time people will hate you because of the casualties in our battles. But if you join me, we will accomplish wonders as we conquer everything in our sight." Alex shakes his head more, "I don't believe a word you said, I'm not going to work with a monster like you. Not like when I was created by the Borchna." Robotnik growls and makes a fist, "Fine, so be it."

Robotnik activates his rocket shoes and flies away, "You will regret this, hero!"
