Diah spooned the last of her Soto Ayam she had for dinner just as the first episode of Emily in Paris ended. Enchanted scenes of Paris tempted her to continue to the next episode. However, another looming drama is nagging her. She didn't want to jump into conclusion or assuming something that wasn't, but her best friend radar picked up a strong love signal.

If only Marita didn't mention him in the car today...

"Hmmmm..., what should I do?" Diah muttered to herself. For few seconds at the office this afternoon, Diah thought she caught how Frank looked at Marita. That was a look of a man interested in the woman. She is so sure. She has never seen Frank gave that look to any of the female staffs or other female actually.

5 months ago, when he first came, his orientation was with her team. Diah had a couple of weeks of swooning over him too. As does 3 other female translators and 1 male translator in her team. Sometimes, they will be fangirling behind his back. You would too when a tall and toned man with a chiselled jaw line and a deep soothing voice is in your team. He doesn't talk much which adds to the mystery. But when he pulled that thin smile, you thought you have been bestowed with the light of heaven.

Dian cursed herself for being foolish. It took her the next 2 months to weaned herself off her blind fangirl brain. Meanwhile, Marita was too busy with her projects and having all eyes on Arnold to notice this handsome creature. Lucky for you Arnold she thought to herself.

Diah dialed a number on her phone...

"Hello.." a man's voice answered.

"Hi. It's Diah."

"Yes, Diah. What can I do for you"

"Do you have time to talk? Perhaps 5 or 10 minutes?"

"Sure. I just got home"

"Hmmm... This is quite late."

"Ah yeah... I organized some ideas and results from the meeting today before I forgot. I got some new ideas I want to present tomorrow."

"I gather the meeting with Marita is fruitful"

"Yeah, It was", The man slumped to his sofa. "You were calling me about something?"

"Yes," Diah hesitated.

"Is it work related? If it is, can it wait? I don't feel like talking about work now," he answered with closed eyes.

"Listen,.... I don't know whether it is right for me to call you or to talk about this with you, Frank"

Still closing his eyes, "OK, This sounds important".

"It is... for me," Diah made up her mind.

Frank sat up and leaned back comfortably to prepare himself for Diah's serious tone. "I'm listening."

"Frank. You know that I am a straight forward person. I usually let you know what I think and feel up front, right?"

"uh-hummm," Frank was now intrigue. Diah tone of voice tells him that this is a serious matter.

"Another thing, I seriously doubting myself whether it is my place to talk about this. So first thing first, If I am wrong, I apologize in advance, OK"

"You are beating around the bush here, Diah." Frank walked to the pantry and poured himself a glass of water. "Tell me what's on your mind and let's see where it gets us".

"OK..." Diah sucked some air to her lungs. "Pffffft---" She exhaled. "--- I need you to tell me bluntly whether you are interested in Marita."

Frank almost choked on the water he's drinking but he steadied himself.
