Today I had a day off of work, I've been working as a defensive attorney. Which was stressful but I loved every moment of it.
Waking up, Pepper was big and cuddled beside me, Elijah was angry that Pepper cuddles with me more than Elijah.
Elijah must've been doing something, I tiredly got dressed into a white flower dress. Not minding to do my hair I just put it in a low ponytail.
I took my pill, that hasn't worked yet. Because I'm not pregnant. I'm starting to get worried. Walking down stairs I seen Madeline. Madeline is Elizabeth girl friend.
I was happy for Elizabeth she deserved someone who loved her, and I think she got tired of being the single friend.
Going downstairs I seen Elijah playing with Amber.
"Alvah!" Amber exclaimed making Elijah look at me with a small smile.

After that introduction, Elijah said he wanted to go to Susan's later, I nodded cause we always go to Susan's and I love it.

Grabbing a juice box, I went upstairs and read my clients file again. Not going to lie, there's slim chances of winning this case. Though there was a witness. I just need to find her and get her confession than boom I can prove my client was set up.
Viewing that I went to my room and grabbed a coat to get ready to go to Susan's.
"Hey can I talk to you?" Madeline asked me. I nodded walking to the couch and sitting down.
"Elizabeth has been... distant. Your her best friend. I just wondering if you could see what's up. Like if she's having doubts or if she's upset with me"
I really hated getting in the middle of peoples relationship. It was just uncomfortable. - Going up to Elizabeth room, I knocked on her door slightly. There was a faint come in when I opened the door revealing Elizabeth. She looked stress out.
"What's happening?" I asked sitting beside her.

Walking in the rain I opened the door to Susan's to see all the lights off and candles lit. Roses leading to the back as I walked back there to see Elijah.
Dressed nicely, as always.
"Elijah what Is this?" I chuckled.
"This is the most cliche shit I'm about to say" Elijah mumbled making me chuckle. "Alvah pelagic. The love of my life. You taught me something, that I didn't believe in. My life was gloomy I didn't know what I was missing into you came and made everything better. I'm glad I have love that consumes me" Elijah said getting on one knee as my eyes widened.
"Alvah, will you marry me?" Elijah asked.
Stunned I'm stunned.
"Alvah this is the part where you say yes" Elijah whispered.
"Yes! I'll marry you" Elijah slipped on the ring as I jumped into his arms.

"I'm thinking a June wedding" I thought out loud.
"Alvah June is next month" Elijah looked over at me.
"Yeah but I also want to be married before having a kid now" I shrugged.
I closed my eyes, I'm so happy. I have a loving family, Friends. A fiancé. Planing on having a baby.
A year ago I would've never thought I would be here in love.
"We should have a chocolate cake with buttercream icing" I was just thinking.

"I think we should move into the cottage, After the wedding" Elijah said.
"I agree though I will still miss waking up to this loud noise" I fell back on Elijah.

Thinking I have work tomorrow I started thinking of tracking down the witness.
"Work gives me a headache" I mumbled snuggling closer to Elijah.
"Take a day off" Elijah tried to convince me.
"I can't my client is depending on me. I can't let her down. This is the worst case I've had." I took my hair out of a ponytail.
Elijah started playing in my hair a bit while messaging my scalp.
Prepping kisses trailing down my neck. I let out a soft groan. "Elijah I'm trying to watch tv" I mumbled looking ahead at the tv.
"Alvah the TVs on pause" Elijah mumbled into my neck
Turning around slightly I picked Elijah lips. "Now I'm going to watch tv" I unpaused the tv.

"Morning" I kissed Elijah cheek waking him up.
"Let's sleep in" Elijah tightened his grip around my waist.
"I have work today so do you" I reached on the side and took my pills this morning since last night we.....ya know.
"Work can wait" Elijah mumbled.
"No it can't" I got up with the sheets wrapped around.
I took a shower and changed into my work clothing which was a pencil skirt. A white blouse with a little lace. Slipping on my nude high heels. I did some light makeup and left the room to see Elijah dressed in boxers.
Hearing a knock on the door, I threw a pair of pants at Elijah.
Opening the door I seen Elizabeth. "Your dog was whining out side of your room, what were y'all doin- you know what never mind" Elizabeth let Pepper in.
As he jumped on the bed making himself comfortable.
After I said goodbyes I went to work. Work was long today. I found footage of the witness. I had her ID. Boom.that's how I won't the case.
