It was another studio day, just like the many the group have been through in their past. Noodle and Murdoc arguing over who was the superior member, Stuart working on background vocals, and Russell making sure Noodle and Murdoc don't kill one another. Though it was eventful, they still managed to get things done.
"Alright, I'm heading out. Anybody want to go grab dinner?" said Russ, heading towards the door.
Noodles eyes widened and she let out a smirk that was a bit TOO common. She then jumped up and yelled, "I'm only down if you're the one paying. I'm driving!" She ran through and grabbed the keys out of Russel's significantly large hands.
"Guess the kid's driving, you guys coming or do you have an argument to get into?" Russ eyed the two men sitting on the couch. Murdoc sat in silence, starring at the markings of the floor. Stuart instantly got anxious about his lover. He's definitely not the quiet type so whenever he's quiet without having to be forced is a concern.
"Thanks for the offer Russ, but I think we're going to head home. You better be safe though. She drives like a drag racer." 2D and Russell both let out a little laugh and then Russel and Noodle walked out to his car.
Murdoc was still silent, lightly rubbing the pillow he's holding against his chest. Stuart moved closer to him and gently rubbed his back. Murdoc simply moved his eyes up to Stuart for a moment and immediately went back to starring.
"Love, are you alright? I can take us straight home so you can rest." He said gently, rubbing soft circles on his boyfriend'a shoulder blades. Murdoc immediately threw himself into 2D's lanky arms. He gently laid on top of him and whispered.
"home pease."
Stuart noticed his shift in tone and wrapped his arms around his lover tightly.
"okay baby, we can go home now. Just let me go turn off the lights and we can go."
"i wan my babies."
2D smiled his signature toothy grin and ruffled Murdoc's coarse black hair.
"Of course angel, you can have your babies when we get home. I pinky promise."
He places a soft kiss on Murdoc's forehead and rushes to turn off the numerous lights in the studio. After stumbling around the crammed studio once more, 2D grabbed both of their belongings and led his little to the car. Murdoc was kicking around a small pebble and humming, completely in his own little world, when 2D snaked his hand around his slim waist.
"woah! daddy i'm playing with a baby rock right now. you scared me!" softly spoke Murdoc, jokingly hitting his caregivers arm.
Stuart finally found his car, he made sure Murdoc was in and buckled up and then the two made their way to their shared home. It was not some enormous mansion, but it was home to them. A place they shared so many moments and fond memories together. It was theirs.
*time skip bc car rides are boring*
After a long car ride filled with traffic and constant red lights, the two made it home. Stu immediately looked over and saw his love, laying his head gently against the window with the tip of his thumb against his lips. For a moment, 2D considered not waking him. He just wanted to take in the sight. He's is oh so beautiful. Muds is his angel and he wouldn't have it any other way. Finally, he managed to break his gaze and unbuckled Murdoc ever so softly in an attempt not to wake him. He works himself to death and has been dealing with a plethora of mental illness his entire life. He deserves to rest and feel loved, and that is 2D's job. To make sure the dark haired man had everything he would ever need. (this part hit different for me man)
Murdoc let out a small huff as his boyfriend began to lift him from the car. He snuggled closer into 2D's shoulder as he opened the door to their shared apartment.
"Okay Muds, we're inside now. Would you like to go to bed now or watch a movie then go to bed?"
Murdoc was laying still, slightly moving at the sound of Stuart's voice.
"Well, I guess i'll have to watch Winnie the Pooh without you."
Murdoc shot up quickly, "Pease noooo! I want to watch it too!"
2D could never say no to that beautiful boy, regardless of what he was asking. He would collect all the stars in the sky and rearrange them just to see him happy.
"Come on angel, let's go get you into some pajamas then we can do whatever you want to."
"otay daddy."
Murdoc waddled after his boyfriend, grabbing onto his lover's arm, holding it close to his face. That was all he would ever need. Just his boyfriend and him forever. 2D opened their shared closet and found his box of little items. He pulled out an oversized white sweater and fuzzy shorts that he knew wouldn't overwhelm his little since sometimes certain textures were too much for him. The two changed and walked into their room. Murdoc ran and jumped onto their bed, rubbing his face into the soft pillows. Stuart was soon to follow as he pulled his lover closer to him, letting his head rest of his chest.
"Hey sleepyhead, are you still awake?" Stu whispered into the smaller man's ear. He got no real response for a moment before the dark haired man leaned towards him and kissed him all over his face.
"What are you doing, cutie?"he said through his laughter.
"I wan to nibble on you." said the little.
2D grabbed his boyfriend's face, squishing his cute little face, and kissed him. All of the stress and tension from today faded away as the two kissed for what felt like an eternity. 2D flipped his boyfriend over and nibbled on his ear, hot breath hitting his neck. Murdoc giggled,
"Daddy! Stop it, you're tickling meeee."
"I can't help it you're just too cute!" 2D continued to nibble and softly bite on his neck. Then Murdoc lowered his head.
"but, im not that cute.." murdoc sighed.
"Baby boy no, you're beautiful. You're all i've ever wanted. I want to protect you and cherish you for the rest of my life. You're my baby, I want to hold you forever."
Tears began to flow down Murdoc's soft, round face, the sleeves of his sweater rubbing his now glossy eyes. 2D didn't say a word. He just began to plant kisses all over his lover's face and ran his hands along his sides, rubbing soft circles on his hips. Murdoc's tears ceased and a soft smile formed along his lips. He pulled the collar of 2Ds shirt as a way to move him closer. 2D towered over his little whispering gently,
"You're daddy's good boy, you know?"
Murdoc ran his hands along his boyfriend's face before softly responding.
"You're the best daddy ever."
"I love you, angel"
Murdoc yawned and pulled 2D back underneath him. He laid his head on his lover's slender frame and mumbled,
"luv you daddy."
2D grabbed his baby boy's favorite stuffie and held him close.
This boy was going to be the death of him.
