Quackity POV.

I walked back into my apartment after a nice conversation with George, the man Dreams eyes lingered on for way too long. "¿con quién hablabas?" [who were you talking to?] My mother asked in Spanish. "Un amigo." [a friend] I replied.

I looked at my buzzing phone that had about a hundred texts from Karl to the Feral Boys group chat asking if we wanted to come over for a sleepover. I chuckled to myself before replying 'Sure'.

"¿Puedo ir a la casa de Karl?" [may I go to Karl's house?] I asked. She stiffened in her chair, taking her glasses off of her face. "bien, pero vuelve a las diez de la mañana por favor." [fine, but be back by ten am please.] I smiled and thanked her before gradually running to my room and throwing clothes into a bag along with my phone charger.

I ran out of my room and kissed my mother on the cheek, thanking her once again before walking out of our home. I smiled as I got my phone out to see more messages from the rest of the group, all saying that they were coming too. I sent a quick text saying that I was on my way.

I loved going over to Karl's house, one of his moms, Persephone, owned a bakery that he expressed multiple times that he wanted to inherit. His other mom, Carole, was a kindergarten teacher at the local elementary school. His little brother was cool, he was in fifth grade and played a lot of Minecraft.

I got into my car, which was really my mother's, and drove off the Karl's house. It took me shorter than expected to get there, usually at this time of night you have to watch out for those stupid middle school kids to get off the roads because they always think that skating in them is a good idea. It's really not, in almost hit a few too. Now whether some of them were on accident or on purpose we're still up for debate.

I pulled into The Jacobs family driveway and parked, I saw Sapnaps car and figured that he and Dream must already be there. I walked up to the front door and Carole had already opened it and greeted me with a hug.

"The boys are upstairs in Karl's room." She informed me, closing the door after I walked in. I nodded, sharing her smile before I ran up the stairs and into Karl's room.

He ha his LED lights turned to a purple color and had several pictures from past trips from tournaments or just from family. He had record hanging on his walls. His room looked like it had just come out of a picture from Pinterest.

"Q!" Karl cried, running up and tackling me in a hug. "Karlos you literally saw me last night what the fuck dude." I said jokingly. His smile didn't fade from his face as he got off of me and apologized, "Sorry Q, I just got excited." "It's fine Karl I'm used to it." I replied.

I scooted over and joined their small circle that they were talking in before I had interrupted. "I talked to George earlier." I brought up, thinking that Dream would want to know. His eyes were immediately on me. "Yeah, turns out he's my new neighbor."

"The one on the right or left." Sapnap asked. "Right." I replied.
"Isn't that Marybeth's old apartment, the old lady. Didn't she die in there?" He asked.

I thought for a second before replying, "pretty sure." "So when do you tell him that it's haunted?" Karl asked, brining his knees up to his chest. We all laughed. "Never. Let him get possessed first." Sapnap said between laughs.

We calmed down from our laughing fit and ended up on our phones. Dream sitting against Karl's bed, Karl with his head in Dreams lap and his feet in Sapnaps wile I just lay on my stomach next to the three.

"Dream." Sapnap said, not taking his eyes off his phone. "Yeah?" He replied. "Saw your family do another race again today? How'd that work out?" Sap Asked. Dream put his phone down and glared at our friend. "What I was just asking, I saw you all take off but had to leave after you started lap two because I had to drive my stupid sister to her piano lesson." Sapnap justified.
