29. The Truth Of Past

Suga's Pov:

I knock on the door causing an unfamiliar face to open it. She nods at me but I could feel her detest towards me. 

Follow me Jisoo is sitting on the couch.

*as simply as she took Jisoo's name, they are close no doubt in that. She actually found someone she can trust. The thought puts a smile on my face.*

I hope you are not here to make my Jisoo suffer more. Whatever you say think twice before saying it cause if anything happens to her trust me I will kill you. 

*I kept my smile on, this time it got bigger.*

I am happy to know she has someone like you. 

That's none of your business.

*As she walked in front of me and led me to Jisoo.*

How are you?

Speak.

At least answer me.

We are not here for a meet and greet. Get to the point.

FLASHBACK TO 7 YEARS AGO-

Hyung, why are you crying?

*he starts to well out*

What happened?

*Suga asks out of his growing concern for his stepbrother*

 He held onto a paper and tries to hide it. Still, Suga somehow manages to see it snatching it away from his brother. As he reads it, 

I am going to pass down my company to my younger son Min Suga only if he marries the Daughter of Ha-Joon Kim, "Kim Jisoo". Unless if that is not done my company shares will be sold and distributed to charity. 

What? Why would he?

I don't want you to get married to her.

Who is she? And why would I get married to her? Brother, I am not interested in the company or our father's wealth. I don't want to. 

I know but he will compel you. He has it all planned out. He wants to ruin our life. I don't want you to marry that Kim Jisoo.

*Suga already knew how much Suho hated this girl. Though he never saw her, he knew one thing Suho would never like him to meet her. He hates this girl to bits and more just because that girl was always favored by their father. The father that caused his mother to die and the father who suddenly brings out his other son from nowhere.  Though Suho hated Suga at first, within a month Suho got to knew Suga was no different from him. He is also one of the play card that got abandoned by his father. And that moment on Suho swore to Suga he is never going to abandon him. And in this world, these two will always be together, there for each other.*

I will never marry her brother. I am always here.

*Said Suga engulfing his brother in a hug. His shirt getting half-drenched by Suho crying out.*

End of Flashback~

Suho and I decided to approach you. First, the plan was to get your attention. So as an art teacher I took an internship in your school. I slowly got your attention but I understood one thing soon enough that I don't want to break your heart. I wanted to keep getting closer to you and that lead me to tutor you and sooner I started to get diverted from the plan and got more indulged in you. How you suffered, how you were suffering, how this little girl was abandoned by everyone and never saw the light of warmth. I wanted to be that warmth that will always be close to you. When Suho got to know this he became furious, he felt even I have abandoned him for you, for someone he hated. I wasn't able to meet eyes with Suho, the guilt trapped my soul. He still didn't do anything to me or you. All that he knew, he kept hiding and denying it. Until that day when he saw us kiss in front of your house. That day Suho came to my room he cried out his soul blaming me for how I betrayed him, how I was the only person he trusted. Sooner out of guilt and my love for my brother I, at last put the plan to a conclusion. I love you and have loved you for years so, I want you to know this time I am with you. But remember Suho is not how he is acting right now. He says he loves you but I know he wants revenge. I will do everything to stop him. Please don't misunderstand him, he...

*he becomes quite unable to finish those words*

He is acting out of anger. That is what you want to say. 

*he looks down out of guilt*

You are here to clear things out with me or trying to ease my anger towards your brother. You told me a story where both you and your brother are victims. Okay- In this story I am a victim as well, as a result, we all are just suffering if I am being honest. But even after understanding you and your brother and what you had done in the past, does that change anything Suga? Does that explain how I was abandoned yet again? Does that explain you were just another person who ruined my life? Does that explain how you and your brother made a dirty plan to get me off your back and complete your brother's revenge?

I am sorry Jisoo-

*he says breaking out in tears*

NO! No, you can't be sorry. You are not sorry. No one is sorry, sorry enough to make me feel good. All of you have ever done is bring me pain and break me. You all- 

she stops trying to hold back her tears. 

*no I won't cry in front of him, I won't let him enjoy this scenery*

She tries to walk towards her room when her breath gets hitched and her heartbeat fastens. She almost falls out of dizziness.

Jisoo! You are getting a panic attack. - her Unnie says with hesitation and concern.

Causing Suga and her Unnie trying to run towards her. But soon they stop as Jisoo raises one hand signaling them to stop. 

No!

She walks out of her house telling them to not follow her. 

Suga's Pov: 

I am going after her.

No, you won't. 

I will-

Jisoo's Pov:

Why does - *heavy breaths* it has to be me? What did I ever do wrong? Why-

Someone calls her from behind causing her to turn.

Suga?
