Once upon a time, Sakura had an inner. A courageous, fiery, fierce companion that only existed deep within the crevices in her mind. A entity- a friend, that kept all her inner emotions and thoughts. She was, without a doubt, the first stronghold Sakura had in her life.
She was, someone that supported Sakura in everything she did, she was a burst of vivid colourful emotions that Sakura had failed to show in her toddler years. A sense of security was what she was to Sakura, she was the one who grounded Sakura's stubborn and explosive quality.
A sense of security, from a black and white friend that whispered brash compliments inside Sakura's mind.
And yet, when that friend disappeared the first time Sakura had taken a life. Sakura didn't notice a single thing, though she always felt that something was always missing. But she didn't notice a thing. Inner had completed her sole purpose, and she disappeared. Sakura didn't need inner anymore, the girl was confident enough to stride with purpose.
"who are you?" Sakura stared at the black and white replica of her inside her mind. A little string that has been forgotten stretched within Sakura's heart.
"Im inner you silly" inner Sakura spreads her arms as if welcoming Sakura, *'And I'm the babysitter of all the 10 demons inside you'* She happily stated.
"I am a god!" a voice echoed. Fury imbedded on the calm voice, offended for some reason.
"Shut it hag! I'm trying to sleep." a voice snapped. Very familiar, Sakura couldn't help but muse.
"9 demons, and a self proclaimed god I mean." Inner Sakura smiled.
Sakura couldn't help but finally notice the nine cages around her. To be exact, she didn't notice it, but the area within her mind cleared up. Nine looming cages, all of the eyes snapped to Sakura's direction.
But she didn't heed attention to that as much as she should've paid attention, no, instead her orbs shifted to the woman chained up. Long white opalescent hair, with equally white opalescent eyes. And the sole Rinne Sharingan blaring proudly on the woman's forehead. Hair tangled up with the chains that Sakura didn't know where it ended, Kaguya hang proudly- blankly inside Sakura's mind.
"child" Kuguya greeted, somehow softer and more feebler than Sakura would've wanted to. Or used to.
Something was stuck inside Sakura's throat, she couldn't respond, nor could she look at the semi-godess. Something primal, something gritty inside of her would not let her look at Kaguya. Not after finding out, that she was one of the many things that the others have sealed inside of her.
Years of constant struggle, death, and War. All because of this person chained up within her, she's supposed to feel relief. Relief that these entities went back with her, but she could not help but feel resentful- she doesn't know to whome or to what she pointed the feeling at. But she is.
"Surprised?" Inner Sakura circled around Sakura. A little smile hanging from her lips, as Sakura's eyes glowed in recognition.
"no, yes...I don't know. I'm supposed to be. But everything is falling into it's respective places, for me to be surprised." Sakura finally took a good look at Kurama and the other bijuus.
"brat" Kurama peeked at Sakura.
"Kurama" Sakura smiled, noting how the other bijuus nodded to her way. They might have been possessed leading to a rampage, but it didn't mean she didn't knew them where they still had their Jinchūriki's.
