Quirk/ absolute matter control

—Can alter the chemical bonds of matter and rearrange it into a totally different thing, for example, small dust particles in the air into a solid metal gun. Due to forming new chemical bonds, energy gets released and that made a different part of her quirk emerge. Matter control has multiple parts that will be revealed as the story goes.

—Examples/ Can multiply matter making more, take a clump of metal and make it two. Can pull apart matter to the point of it seemingly disappearing or being destroyed. Is able to heal wounds like All Mights by multiplying his DNA/skin and connecting it. Cannot completely destroy atoms, the matter can be controlled telepathically—like telekinesis but is more effective with physical touch. Can sense every molecule she manipulates.

Part two of "Quirk"/ potential energy

—Potential energy is the energy stored inside, floating outside or held by an object. Specifically, the energy that forms of matter have no matter what type it is. (Y/n) is able to control the potential energy by stealing it immediately after it's released from the new chemical bonds that form. All parts of Matter Control can be used on herself and mostly for her own benefit, is able to change appearance, weight, height, and other things but decided not to.

—Examples/ 1, elastic energy. 2, electric energy. 3, gravitational energy. 4, nuclear energy. 5, kinetic energy.

One/ With elastic energy—she is able to store energy in an solid object making it able stretch like elastic and compress, is only able to do with solid objects or liquids, does not work on gasses, can change how it's seen, can be invisible and or turn sticky.
Two/ She is able to turn 1 volt into billions of volts, electrical energy is able to be generated or multiplied if there is an electrical source, for example, live wires, tasers etc, can control lightning/weather with energy.
Three/ Gravitational energy is how much energy is stored in an object given its vertical position or height, she can lessen or add more gravity onto an object including herself.

Four/ When an atom is split or fused, it creates a sort of heat energy resulting in different types of heat to be used, can be turned into fire, acidic heat, can channel the suns light rays and use them, or just heat in general. The nuclear heat is created by fusing and splitting which means Zero Two can fuse and split atoms, like fusing a metal staff to a sharp knife or splitting someone in half or fusing them with another object or person.

Five/ Kinetic energy can be stored inside of her body but can only be activated with continuous motion, like walking or waving her hand two times, can't only be once because it won't activate, can be used with an object.
Six/ The energy in general can be used in different forms, shockwaves, blasts, transferring energy to another or taking it for herself, solidifying the energy into objects, mostly weapons.

Snips of her personality & more about her/ Pretty laid back when she's around people she's comfortable with, talks back a lot, flirty but not emptily—can always back it up, she loves cats and Izuku, her skin is cold to the touch, doesn't kill people under 10 years old, loves coconut milk, overwhelming bloodlust, kills heroes, knows a multitude of assassination techniques including stun clap, silent steps, after images, pressure points, hiding her presence, etc.

Other/ Immune to every poison, knows how messed up society is but doesn't care, only does her job as she wants. She drives a vibrant red 1970 cheverlot camaro with heart tail lights, her steering wheel is also a heart, the interior is black and on the hood has two thick black stripes, wears black gloves so her quirk doesn't overwhelm her.
