You were quite known throughout Hypixel. When most join to fight, you join to flex your carrot farming skills. Many laughed at you, but now here you stood. Once empty soil, filled with carrots all around you.

The many farming machines around you hummed as you trudged through the dirt, some getting stuck on your boots. You crouch to check at a carrot when you hear a new set of muffled footsteps in your dirt.

You glance up and you see a tall man with pink hair and a pig face mask. The two of you stare before you stand back up, dusting your pants and hands lightly before handing your hand towards the stranger.

"I'm Y/N. What seems to have brought you out here?" The man takes your hand and shakes it firmly. "I'm Technoblade. I've come to learn." You chuckle lightly and shake your head in disbelief. "Learn? There are way better sword fighters out there then little old me."

Techno shakes his head and points at your carrots. "Not fighting, I want to learn to farm." You glance down at your carrots before looking back at him and smiling.

"Finally! Someone sees the appeal of farming. Come along, let's start!"

Technoblade wasn't as hopeless as he looked with farming. He definitely took a liking to potatoes out of all the things he could grow, and he sometimes tended to be too forceful to the plants. The amount of times you had to yell at the man for dropping tools or almost stepping on growing plants.

But as the two of you watched numerous sunsets together, on a farm that held not just the orange carrots but the yellowish potatoes, you knew that you were content.

It only took a few more months to figure out just how popular Techno was. "If you're a popular pvper, why are you here learning to farm?" You ask Techno, the same day you find out about his status by a poster asking for the missing warrior.

Techno only shrugs. "I wanted to get away from it for a while." You stare before shrugging, bending back down to finish work with the carrots. It's quiet, safe for the rustling with the plants when Techno breaks it.

"Do you know Sun Tzu?" You huff and stretch, sighing as your back pops multiple times.

"Oh of course I do." Techno hums and the two of you fall back to silence, the new pieces of information being filed away for later.

Sitting on your roof, watching the sunset, you turn to see Technoblade fidgeting around. "What's got you all worked up?" You ask. Techno looks to you shocked before humming, leaning back and relaxing.

"My brother has been sending me letters asking for help. I don't know if I should take it." You hum and lean back to lay next to him. It's quiet for a few seconds before you speak.

"Opportunities multiply as they are seized." Technoblade turns to you shocked before smiling gently. "Of course you knew Sun Tzu." You sputter at him. "I literally told you I did!" Techno barks out a loud laugh. "I thought you were joking. Guess you weren't." You screech at him and the sky rings with your laughter.

The two of you would continue to hang out like this, you teaching Techno all you know about farming and him telling you stories of mythology. When Techno eventually moved to create his own massive farm, a potato farm out of all things, the two of you would still keep in contact and occasionally meet again once in a while.

When you get the message from him that he needed your help in that new server his siblings were in, you hoped you would be able to speak of Sun Tzu together under the stars there.
