The struggle with being internet friends, is that you never know when you'll be able to meet. Karl and you have been friends for the longest time, funnily enough meeting on Roblox where he was just casually playing to shit on it.

The two of you grew close, simply because you helped him figure out where to go to the next level of the parkour course that the two of you were on.

Now, the two of you were streamers. Karl was of course on the Dream SMP. You were invited a few times but you had no intentions to join the lore as the fans said. You were instead of a friend's SMP, which wasn't as popular as the Dream SMP due to the lack of lore, but still popular nonetheless.

Your friends knew that you were going to take a break from the SMP though, to visit someone very special.

No one suspected a thing.

When you landed from your flight, you could see a very masked and covered Mr. Beast waiting for you. You laugh out loud and drag your luggage behind you, coming in to hug him. "Hey dude." You mutter into the hug and he laughs. "Hey Y/N. Let's go before people recognize us." You hum before walking with him to his car.

The two of you get in as his phone rings. You look over to see that it's Karl's call id. You look at Mr. Beast and he shrugs, picking up and putting it on speaker.

"Hey Jimmy, when are you getting over? We're going to start filming soon." You grin as Jimmy answers.

"I'm on the way, don't worry." Karl hums and says bye before hanging up. "What's the plan then?" You ask him. He grins as he adjusts his mirror. "Basically."

The entire ride, the two of you discussed the plan to surprise Karl. The basis of the video was just testing out a few fireworks. While the fireworks were exploding and Karl would inevitably be busy awing over them, you would sneak over and surprise him with another camera behind you to be sure that they got footage of it.

Jimmy leaves the car he drove you in in a nearby car parking space. For the next few hours before the sky turned to night, you spent time there in the car on your phone or laptop, doing some work to pass the time.

You can faintly hear the crew begin their intro and you grin silently to yourself at just how loud they are. They set off the first fireworks, smaller ones than the ones that you'll reveal yourself to Karl with, but still loud nonetheless.

You sigh and return to your work.

Soon enough, the sky turns even darker and the crew begins to move onto the bigger guns. One of the behind the scenes crew people come up to you. You put away whatever you were doing and get out of the car, locking it afterwards with the key that Jimmy gave you.

Then you were on your way down to the camera crew.

You hid behind a few people when the main crew being recorded got too close. As the last set of fireworks were being set up, Jimmy appeared behind you. "What the." You mutter. You swear you saw Jimmy over with the others just a few seconds ago. "Don't worry about that, just get ready. It's almost time." You nod and you watch Jimmy walk back over.

As the last bits of the fireworks are put at the bottom where they are set to be fired, the main crew stand over on a far back hill with the remote in hand. You start heading towards them, the camera behind you. You watch Karl press the red button and the fireworks start to fire. You can faintly hear the group screaming and yelling, obviously upping it up for the camera.

You reach your hand over and faintly notice that the other guys besides Karl have noticed you. You tap Karl's shoulder and he looks over at you once before gasping and screaming, throwing his hands up in the air. "What the honk!" He screams, his screams almost muffled under the loudness of the fireworks.

He throws his arms around you and the two of you laugh and fall into the hug, clutching each other tightly. This was the first time that you ever saw each other in real life, and this was of course a big moment for the two of you.

The sounds of the fireworks quiet around you and the cheers from all around can be heard. You giggle into Karl's shoulder and Karl starts to jump around with you in his arms.

"I can't believe you're here! Oh my god." You laugh, little tears coming to your eyes, and you deepen your hugs. "Yeah, I'm here."
