VENUS POV

The only bulb in the room made a circle of light around me. Out of it was complete darkness. My body ached badly. I felt something soft and warm below me. A bed.

Where am I? The question raised. I managed to get up and leaned on the headboard.

"Hello?" I heard my voice echoing back.

I placed my feet on the floor but flinched instantly because of its icy coldness. I take a few baby steps but I fall back. I hiss as my whole body touch the coldness.

I look behind and see a chain attached to my leg from the beg leg.

"HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD I SAY YOU TO NOT GO OUT OF YOUR BED" The voice broke the silence of the room. I felt a stinging pain in my scalp and realized someone was pulling me up by my hair.

My head hit the wooden headboard as I was thrown back to the bed. I hold my spinning head waiting for it to retrieve. Before I could even recover from it, I felt the same person crushing my jaws.

I opened my eyes instantly and met pure black eyes. These eyes...

Adonis...

His hand went down to my neck and begun choking it. I struggled under his grip as my lungs are burning due to the lack of air. He tightened the grip and looked at me with a smirk of victory.

"Under my mercy" He laughed like a manic. What have I got myself into?

He pulled my leg roughly forcing me to lie down on the bed. He climbed over me and sucked my neck like a vampire. Hot tears fell down, leaving the hotness along the path they flowed.

"LEAVE ME" I shouted as he tied my hands to the headboard.

"This design sir?" I turned my head to the other voice in the room. He had something in his hand. The tears made my vision blurred. I blinked a few times prompting the tears to empty out.

He had a phone in one hand and a tattoo machine in another. The phone had a word design displayed. Adonis, it spelled.

"Yes," Adonis said to the stranger but his eyes were fixed to me.

"NO NO, I DON'T WANT TO" I don't want his name on my skin. I tried to free myself but failed like always. Please, God, I don't want it.

The machine sound echoed in the room. I pleaded to Adonis numerous times but he stood stubborn with his signature smirk. He came near me and lifted my shirt up.

"Here" He placed his cold finger over the right side of my stomach. The machine was reaching closer and closer to me.

"NO..." I shout and sit up. I look around and see the room well lighted. I rub my hands over my face after realizing all this was just a nightmare.

"I was so worried babe" Adonis pulled me into an embrace. First night with him, I am having nightmares. I hugged back as he caressed my hair softly, calming me a bit. I am happy that was not real.

"Sleep babe, we can talk tomorrow" I nodded and fell over the bed as I hoped the nightmare would not continue. Adonis spooned me from the back and kissed my neck. I let him do it as I found some kind of relaxation in it.

I drifted to a dreamless sleep.

(NEXT MORNING)

I pat my wet hair with a towel while standing in front of the closet. I finally decided to wear a floral printed dress. I held the dress in one hand and turned to face the huge mirror on the opposite side of the closet. I removed the towel that I wrapped around my body.

When I looked at myself in the mirror, I saw a tattoo on the right side of my stomach. I moved closer. I touched the spot where the tattoo was there.

It is the same design.
