Chapter 2: Strange Encounter

Once the group of disguised incubi and succubi checked out their rooms they grabbed their room keys and left the dorm hall. They went to the center of the quad and took a quick look around before looking at each other.

"Let's split up in groups," Ace said. "You girls go in a group and us boys will go in a group."

"Sounds good to me," Kiki said with a nod. "We'll go check out the student center."

"And we'll go check out the class buidings," Kat said. "Should we meet back here in two hours?"

"Perfect, let's get moving," she said.

With that being said the two groups walked in separate directions and went to their targeted locations. The boys eventually arrived at the class buildings and there they saw a fairly large group of students hanging around.

"Should we stay in a group or split up?" Josh asked.

"Let's split up, we'll meet more humans that way," Ace said. "Let's meet meet back here when we feel like we met enough of them."

Josh and Kat gave him a nod then they went to go meet some of the students near the buildings. Ace was about to approach some guy wearing sunglasses when he suddenly heard someone yelling nearby.

"Watch where you're going you prick!"

He looked to where the voice was coming from and saw a girl wearing some punk-style clothing yelling at some random student who seemed slightly scared of her.

"I-I'm sorry! I swear I didn't see you!" the student said nervously.

"Like hell you didn't!" she said angrily. "I saw you glance up in my direction so you clearly saw me before bumping into me!"

"I'm really sorry! I-I promise it won't happen again!" he said as he backed away a little.

"It better not!" she sneered. "Now get the fuck out of my face!"

The student immediately ran away and the girl let out a frustrated sigh. Ace immediately decided that he did not like the girl but he knew that she would be a potential target for him. He noticed that she was started to walk towards him so he prepared to greet her.

"Hey th--" he began.

"Fuck off prick," she said bluntly as she walked past him.

"Excuse me?' he said as he raised at eyebrow at her.

She stopped where she was then turned to look at him and he noticed that she was wearing an eyepatch that was slightly covered by her hair.

"Did I fucking stutter?" she questioned. "I said 'fuck off prick' meaning to leave me the fuck alone."

"All I did was try to say hello," he said as he crossed his arms. "You need to chill out."

The girl just glared at him then when she approached him he saw that she was a good few inches shorter than him. He couldn't help but find that a little funny and forced himself to not laugh at her.

"I don't need a newbie like you telling me to chill out," she hissed. "I'm someone you really don't want to tick off so I suggest you back off."

"Sure, a short punk like you really intimidates me," he said sarcastically.

"Watch it, I've beat up guys like you before," she said.

"Whatever punk," he rolled his eyes at her.

"Stop calling me that!" the girl yelled.

All of a sudden the surrounding students turned their attention to them and that included Josh and Kat. They were slightly confused but also interested in what's going on. The two didn't seem to notice that they were being watched and were more focused on each other.
