Ace spent the next hour and a half or so hanging out at the student center and chatting with some of the students there. Once he realized that it was time for him to meet Tess at the cafeteria he had to say goodbye to the students he was talking to and made his way over there. He sat down at one of the tables that were outside and went on his phone as he waited for Tess to arrive. Just when he was starting to get bored looking at his phone, someone suddenly slammed their backpack on the table which nearly scared the man half to death. He was about to yell at the person for startling him but he stopped himself when he realized that the person who was Tess.

"Did I seriously startle you?" she asked as she raised an eyebrow at him.

"No," he said as he crossed his arms.

Tess rolled her eye at him then she sat down at the table and took a piece of paper out of her backpack.

"So for this project we have to write a paper about a business we come up with and have a live presentation on what said business is about," she explained.

"A business?" Ace questioned.

"That's what I fucking said dipshit," Tess hissed. "Didn't you read the paper the professor gave out?"

"Uhh...no?" he replied.

The girl just stared at him for a moment before pinching the bridge of her nose and lets out a frustrated sigh. Ace simply raised an eyebrow at her and was honestly enjoying seeing her get frustrated with him.

"How did you get accepted into this fucking college?" she sighed.

"Luck I guess?" Ace said as he shrugged.

"Whatever, let's just choose what our business will be," she said. "I say we make it a club."

"A club?" the male asked. "As in a strip club?"

At first Tess was disgusted by his response then she got angry and kicked him hard in the shin.

"I'm talking about a nightclub where people go to party and listen to fucking music!" she hissed. "Get your mind out of the fucking gutter and wait until I specify before making a stupid remark like that!"

"Sorry..jeez," Ace said as he rubbed his shin. "So why do you want our business to be a club?"

"I have some personal experiences with them so I know what I'm doing," she answered. "That's all I'm telling you since I don't like you."

Ace rolled his eyes and was about to make a rude remark but he stopped himself when he remembered he was supposed to get her to like him. He sighed knowing that he couldn't make any rude comments to her so he just decided to ask her questions.

"Well could you at least explain it to me a bit more since I'm your partner in this project?" he asked.

"Let me think about it...no," she said bluntly.

"You do realize that once you tell me I'll stop bothering you about it right?" he said as he raised an eyebrow.

"Rrgh! I hate that you're right about that!" she groaned. "Fine! I'll tell you!"

"I'm all ears," Ace said, leaning back in his seat.

"I just have a part-time job at a nightclub that's in town so I have some experience with them, that's all," she said with a sigh. "Nothing really special."

"Are you serious? That's actually pretty fucking cool," Ace remarked.

Tess looked at him with a shocked expression but it was almost quickly replaced with a sort of blunt expression as she tried to play it off as she wasn't shocked at all.
