Day 1:
Nico was sitting at the Hades table but not eating, rather lying down on the bench and tossing his phone up and down in the air. Will walked into the pavillion after a busy day of medical business and was going to eat with Nico, but he frowned when he sat down and saw the raven wasn't eating.'
"Why aren't you eating?" he asked.
"I'm distracted." Nico replied, not taking his eyes off of his phone as he tossed it higher and higher in the air, daring each time to go higher and catching perfectly all the time.
"Why are you distracted?"
"I'm waiting."
"Waiting?" Will asked. "What for?"
Nico didn't have time to reply as the phone began to ring. He caught it perfectly and pressed answer, sitting up and leaning his elbows on the table as he put the phone to his ear.
"Hello?" he asked, an unreadable expression in his eyes, but it soon turned to one of excitement. But there was something else too.
"Where?" he asked, standing up and making his way out of the dining hall, giving a half-wave to Will who was watching with confusion. "Really? Right, give me ten. And don't fuck shit up before I get there. I don't want you having all the fun." Nico added with a smirk, gaining the attention of some diners.
He hung up and went to open the door before Will shouted over to him.
"Where are you going?"
"Out."
"But you haven't eaten anything!"
Nico sighed and gave a half-hearted eye roll before heading back over to the table and picking up an apple, giving a bite whilst maintaining eye-contact with Will, who was still trying to decipher the emotions in the raven's eyes.
"An apple a day keeps the doctor away." Nico teased. "Bye Will."
Nico left the dining pavillion and headed over to the Big House, walking in without knocking and immediately speaking with Chiron. He exited a moment later and headed over to his cabin to get ready. Chiron and Dionysus emerged from the Big House, talking quietly between them as the son of Hades disappeared into his cabin.
The sight of the camp leaders caught the attention of the demigods, and their eyes followed their gazes to the Hades cabin where Nico was emerging from. He was in:

"You have to be careful." Chiron warned. "That was the promise we made to your father."
"Yeah yeah. I'll be fine. Besides, no harm in having some fun." Nico said with a gleam in his eyes.
The demigods were all curious as to what was happening but there was a shift in atmosphere. Nico's eyes darkened to an obsidian black and he looked to the top of the hill.
