{'.~Chapter 13~.'}

Gon had snapped the moment Bakugou labeled Killua as a monster. Killua was not a monster, he was forced to be a killing machine by his godawful parents. He was tortured by his family, the only reason why he shredded that Nomu was to protect his only friend. By the look on his face, Gon could tell that he knew he had screwed up the moment he opened his mouth. He brought his hands to the ground, making as many medium sized chunks as possible. He then started hurling the rubble at Bakugou, "you fucked up by talking shit about Killua"  When Gon ran out of rocks to throw he paused, getting a great idea. The line is a few meters behind me, if I can lift him it's over. He grinned as he tried coming at him with both hands. Images of the bomber flashed through his head and he put his arms out, knowing he would take the bait. As soon as he latched on and let off a stream of explosions, he gripped bakugou's wrists. "WHAT THE HELL?" Gon kind of copied that move Izuku pulled on shinso and flipped him backwards over the line.

Killua was waiting for Gon when he came back up, wrapping him in a tight hug. He didn't know what that bitch said to set him off, but Gon was furious. "what did he say?" he felt his shoulder get a little damp as Gon cried a bit into his shoulder. "he called you a monster" Killua bit his lip a little. well he kind of was, but he knew that Gon wouldn't think so. "it's ok, he was probably horrified by what happened with the Nomu that's all." he sighed as Gon nodded, then he gently inspected his hands. "Gon, go to recovery girl for this" Gon snuggled deeper into his shoulder, "no!" Killua sighed, then swept his legs up so he was now carrying him. "if you won't go by yourself then I'll have to take you" he made his way to recovery girl's office and saw bakugou laying on the bed still. He walked over to the old lady and pointed to Gon's wrists. "this idiot needs healing but he won't get off me" she nodded and he made a face when she kissed him with her long ass lips. Why the fuck were they so long? They stretched out like super far for some reason.

"is Gon ok?" that was Izuku, he nodded. "yeah, honestly I don't think that bakugou really hurt him" the broccoli looked extremely confused. "but his wrists!?" Killua sighed, "well it's not the first time this idiot got his wrists exploded, last time his hands nearly fell off" Izuku, Uraraka, and Iida gasped. He had no idea where the other two had come from. "well there was this guy called the bomber who was killing people with his bombs" there were more gasps and he glared at them. Let me finish! "anyways so Gon's job was to drop a boulder on his head but he wanted to 'experiment' and nearly ended up with his hands so messed up they could barely be healed" he heard Gon snort, "you also got your hands so busted they turned a purplish color!" Killua chuckled. "excuse me? You're the one who said I was the only one who could hold the ball for you, that's your fault" he lifted his head and smirked. "says the one who drank poison on purpose" Killua frowned. "I'm immune to poison idiot, I just did it to get tompa to fuck off"

Gon giggled, "I remember how he forfeited that match in trick tower before he even got hit" he saw Killua smile genuinely. "sometimes being a coward does pay off, if he didn't forfeit then he would have gotten killed" Izuku shifted a bit, "why would he have gotten killed?" Gon smiled, "we had to fight criminals who were sentenced to over 100 years in prison to escape" he said cheerily, then frowned. "I was hoping I got to fight but mine challenged me to see how long a candle lasted" Killua snorted, "what do you expect from a serial bomber?" Gon blinked, "I dunno, bombs?" he saw Killua laugh, "at least I didn't have to fight a murderer like you!" he started laughing again. "he called himself 'jona the dissector' or something, I wasn't surprised when he proposed a death match" Gon's eyes gleamed. "that was so cool though!" Killua frowned slightly. "I worry about your sanity sometimes"

Izuku was trying to put all this information together. So they had to fight wanted criminals to escape a tower? As he was thinking something suddenly clicked. Death match, Gon thinks something is cool but Killua is worried for his mental health because of it. He gasped. "you killed someone?" he whispered. He felt uneasy as Killua just shrugged. "it was a death match, don't feel bad for him he was a serial killer" Gon's eyes were gleaming and Izuku realized exactly why Killua questioned his mental stability. "it was so cool! You just ripped his heart out like it was nothing!" he shivered, Killua just kept surprising him. Sometimes it was a good way, other times it was bad. I wonder what his story is.

Killua suddenly felt like getting affection so he leaned on Gon's shoulder. As expected, Gon started to pet his hair like he always loved to do. "fluffy!" Killua snorted, "you have a short attention span' Gon looked at him. "do i?" he smirked, knowing just how to get Gon to nearly jump out of his skin. "is that hisoka?" as he predicted Gon's eyes went wide and he fell, before scrambling up and hiding behind Killua. "KILLUA SAVE ME!" he chuckled, "I was joking" Gon just blinked for a few seconds, before bringing his hand down hard on the back of his head. "asshole!" he snickered, then Uraraka ruined the moment. "who's Hisoka?" Killua wrapped his arms tightly around Gon, he felt furious just thinking about the damn pedo clown. "damn pedophile who stalks Gon, wish I was stronger so I could beat the shit out of him"

There were gasps of horror from the three of them when Gon hugged him back and asked something totally unexpected. "hey Killua, what's a pedophile? I only associate the word with Hisoka because you call him that" Iida was about to open his mouth but Killua beat him to it. "they stalk children" Gon frowned, "I'm not a child, and Hisoka is obsessed with strong people not children" Killua snorted, "that's because Hisoka's not a normal pedophile, he's a pedo clown" Gon shivered a little. "ok fine I won't ask anymore, can we change the subject?" Killua thought for a moment. "remember heavens arena?" Gon nodded, "yeah! I almost died a few times! It was so fun!" Killua snorted. "the only threat of death is when you fought hisoka, the rest of the time you were fine"

Gon smacked him as soon as he said that. "I said change the subject!" he sighed, then Gon brightened a few moments later. "I remember when we both won most our matches with one push!" Killua decided to correct him. "or chop, I prefer a chop to the neck as to not destroy the stage" Gon giggled, "oh yeah-" Midoria opened his notebook. "what's this heavens arena? I've never heard if it before!" Killua grabbed a paper and pencil from Gon's backpack and sketched out a rough floorplan. "it's a fighting arena, you get paid when you beat people and you go up a level until you get up to the 200th floor" he pointed to the top. "apparently if you win 9 battles there you get to go to some sort of floor master's battle arena thing, me and Gon never got that far though" the others were gaping at the drawing. "it's so big!" Killua snorted, "not as big as Killua's house!" Gon exclaimed.

Their jaws dropped again and Killua internally groaned. "wait what?" he flipped the paper over and drew another picture. "I live on a mountain, the doors weigh 2 tons to keep people from trespassing " Izuku looked skeptical. "then how do you get in?" Gon grinned, "Killua's brother tried to take him but I got stronger so I could open the doors!" he petted Killua again. "oh by the way, I broke his wrist and threw him for making you kill someone against your will" he what? Killua slapped Gon's hand away and looked him in the face. "you did what?" Gon frowned slightly. "I broke his wrist and-" Killua grinned, crossing his legs and leaning back slightly. "that's awesome! How aren't you dead?" Gon blinked. "he tried to walk away without telling me where you were and I had to chase him"

"that doesn't answer my question. Illumi wants you dead, why didn't he at least try killing you?" Gon shrugged. "maybe he thought mike would kill me when I tried to save you" he shivered a bit. "your guard dog is scary as hell" Izuku looked intrigued again. "guard dog?" Killua nodded, "yeah, he's trained to kill anyone who doesn't enter through the main gate, or a member of the family" Gon gulped, "yeah, Leorio went through the wrong door and I had to run from mike" Killua snorted. "doctor my ass" Gon whacked him so hard it dislocated his arm. "that's the second time today gon" he sighed, clicking the bone back into its place. Eventually Midoria left to go do his fight and the other two went to watch him, but they just kept talking about memories and snuggling. When it was time for his next fight he gave Gon a subtle kiss on the cheek and left, loving the shocked confusion on his face. Can't wait for your next fight.
