I called Lacey, "Hey Autumn," she answered.
"Jett wanted me to tell you that she getting out of jail next week."
"What?? How? Why, what the hell did she do??"
I told her about how she lied about Scarlet shanking some inmates and she was angry, "What the fuck?? I'mma get her and I'm gonna make sure she doesn't get out."
"You do that, I have to deal with Scarlet."
"Oh, I heard about her escaping, that crazy bitch. Who the hell stabs an officer with a damn pen??" She sighed.
"Only her, damn spider monkey reflexing ass."
Once our conversation was over, I hung up the phone. My younger sister, Shayah came into the room, "Hey Autumn, what's up?" She sat on my bed.
I shrugged, "I'm alright."
"Stop lying, Autumn, I know you're not ok, you're dealing with crazy hoes and now you gotta deal with school," she said. Even though she was fifteen, she told it like it was and didn't care what anybody had to say. She would even fight at the drop of a hat if she had to.
"Yeah, you're right," I agreed. She was right, I had to deal with the two crazy bitches and me taking down the school. I had a lot going on.
She smirked, "I heard about Scarlet stabbing some officer. I didn't know she was that pyscho."
"Now you know."
She walked out of my room, "I have homework to do." She shut the dorr after herself and I laid down on my bed. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I fell asleep.
After a while, I was woken up by my phone ringing. Without glancing at the ID, I picked up, "Hello?" I snarled into the phone.
"It's me."
It didn't take me long to recognize the voice, "Scarlet, what do you want?"
"Autumn, I need your help. Come outside." I got up from my bed and glanced outside my second floor window and Scarlett standing there.
I went outside and we were face to face.
"After you tried to destroy me and act like you've changed?? Bitch, bye."
"Autumn, wait! Just hear me out, I know it wasn't you that called the police on me, it was Jett."
"Who do you know?" I questioned her.
"I know some people in the jail and they told me, also I know Jett is coming out, I'll be seeing that bitch in a couple days."
I sighed, "What do you need my help in?"
"Help me get some money so I can leave town."
"Isn't that what Mexico is for? You can go there, isn't that where most felons go anyway? You should join them," I said.
Why would I help her? She tried to destroy me and send me to jail in the process.
"Maybe I should go there."
"Get your friend Amia to help you, not me. I don't specialize in helping foul bitches."
"Really Autumn?? I'm foul? You're the one that starts drama around the school with your rumors! It wasn't me! You sent Vera, Elena, Gianna, Josh, and those other kids to jail, not me!" She hissed.
"Weren't you the one that also help me spread those rumors? Don't act innocent, Scarlet, it's not a good look for you. Call your friend to get to leave town. Matter of fact, take Jett with you too."
She growled, "I don't like that bitch. Seeing that you're not gonna help me and I can't step foot back into Shamrock High ever again, I guess we won't be talking to each other ever again, or seeing each other."
I sighed, "I guess so."
"Bye Autumn," she pulled me into a hug. My arms were at my sides and a blank expression was on my face.
"Is this a love fest or something?" Someone called out. We glanced to see who was talking, it was Jett.
She was smirking, "Hey Autumn, hi Scarlet, I missed you guys."
"I wish I could say the same," I said.
"How the hell did you get out so fast? I thought I wasn't going to see you for another week," Scarlet said.
"It has been a week," Jett replied.
All three of us were standing at the side of my house in the near evening. It was still sunny outside. "Wow, have you noticed this is the first time we've all stood together like this in almost three years?" Jett smiled.
Scarlet and I murmured in agreement. "Cut the bullshit, Jett, I know you lied to the guards saying that I shanked people in the jail," Scarlet seethed.
"Yeah, I did, but I didn't know Autumn told you."
"What?? You've been talking to her?? From jail?" Scarlet asked.
"Yeah, she called me and told me how you were gonna get revenge," I said.
Scarlet folded her arms across her chest, "Yeah I did."
"We all have unfinished business with each other," I said.
We all glanced at each other, waiting for one of us to make the first move.
Jett did.
