Two days later, we all sat in the auditorium for the assembly. We all knew it was going to be a waste of time, but at least it got us out of class.
Principal Sands took to the podium with a relaxed look on his face, "I didn't want to have an assembly because I knew it was going to be a damn waste of my time and yours, but the teachers pushed me to do it." He gestured to the row of teachers and faculty members. They all had angry looks on their faces.
"Blah, blah, blah, you're all young adults, blah, you don't need to be doing this, blah, blah, you'll get arrested if you fight, and blah, blah, blah, the school is a disater. Whatever, we all know the facts and shit, there's nothing I can do about it, all of you, well, most of you, have minds of your own and I can't control them," he said.
We were quiet and wanted to hear what else he had to say and he continued, "To tell you the truth, some of you are followers and I don't mean to point anyone out, Ms. Sadie Corlin." Everyone oohed.
She cut him off by standing, "Excuse me?? I'm not a follower, how dare you try to call me out in front of these people?!"
"Who started that fight between Gianna and Peri? I damn near see you girls in my office almost every week!" The crowd roared with gasps.
"You started it between me and Peri?!" Gianna got up and threw her a glare.
"Well, you were kind of-," she interrupted her.
"I wasn't kind of anything, you're fake and you're almost as stupid as Lena!" The students were enjoying this.
"Girls, that's enough!" He shouted, making them stop arguing, they sat down and continued to listen.
"Now look, I'm done with these assemblies. I'll be in my office and since you all are gonna rip each others' scalps off, then so be it," he shrugged and went off the stage.
Just as we were getting up to leave, Mrs. Parker get to the microphone and yelled, "Stay right where you are! Take out a paper and a pencil and write an essay o why you all shouldn't be fighting!"
"Aye, shut up, ain't nobody trying to hear that mess!" Someone shouted as we started to get up.
We groaned and started to leave, paying her no attention, she continued to shriek, "Get back here and write!" It was like she was talking to walls because we left the auditorium.
"Who does she think she is trying to make us write an essay? Like sit down."
I went to my locker and stood there, watching them walk by. A small girl with apple red hair walked by me and I called her over, "Someone told me Karina was seeing Trisha's boyfriend, Cortin."
She gasped and scurried off, she told the people that were in the hallway. Trisha and Cortin were making out in front of the lockers when the another girl went up to them and said something.
Trisha pulled away from him abruptly and slapped him, I listened in, "You're seeing Karina behind my back?! The hoe that slept with a Princeton professor?!"
"What?? I don't know what you're talking about! I don't even like Karina!" He said.
"Get your shit together and come up with a better lie!" She stormed off, leaving him with a surprised expression. He finally went after her.
Minutes later, Karina sauntered into the hallway with her Gucci sunglasses. Who wears sunglasses inside? Her. With her Prada bag in tote, she went up to her locker. She was oblivious to the glares she got.
When she turned around, her former friends, the rich bitch clique, circled her with their MK bags. "You're a side chick now?" Trista sneered.
"What are you talking about?"
"You're seeing Trisha's boyfriend. First, you slept with the Princeton teacher, then you cheated on the test, and now this?? You're a damn mess and not even a hot one either," Cheyanne said with disgust.
Karina gasped, "I'm not! I'm very attractive." Her fiery red hair was now shiny, golden brown. She was pretty.
"Being a hoe isn't attractive," Shari said.
With that, they left. Trisha stormed back with Cortin's lacrosse stick. He was on her tail, pleading with her, but it didn't work. When she spotted Karina, she went up to her.
"Are you seeing Cortin??"
"No, but if I did, I would be slicker to hide it," she said smartly. A crowd started to form.
"Trish, we aren't seeing each other!" Cortin confessed.
"If this hoe can sleep with that teacher from Princeton, she could sleep with somebody's man!" Trisha waved the stick around, dangerously close to Karina's face.
"It was only one time, you bitch! You're an ugly, insecure girl if you think I want your man! You're a whack dumb bitch!" Karina shouted.
That wasn't the best idea because Trisha whacked her across the face with the lacrosse stick, making her slam into the locker with a loud, 'BANG!'
The crowd hissed as if they could feel her pain. She held her cheek and tried to swing, but Trisha waved the stick in front of her. Cortin tried to grab it from her, but she was quick and put it to the other side of her body.
When she thought she was sidetracked, Karina made a grab for it, but Trisha whacked her across the face with it again. The crowd hissed. She started beating her with it and Cortin finally was able to get the stick and held it away from her. Karina was strong, she didn't pass out, she stumbled towards Trisha and punched her in the face, making them both run into the locker with Trisha having her face pushed into it. She was going to have an imprint on her cheek. Karina got two hits in.
Trisha kicked her off and started punching her and some students pulled her away from her. Karina was left with a badly bruised face.
"Don't mess with me, bitch!" Trisha shouted as they took her to the office.
They took Karina to the office.
"See?? Hoes like that always wanna try and act like they didn't do anything! Alicia, it's time you got your ass whooped too!" Peri said.
Alicia was surprised, but squared up with her. Peri smacked her and they were separated before things got any worse.
I chuckled as I made my way to class.
"Aye, these hoes going crazy!" Ron started sticking and continued, "that's why I don't mess with none of them!"
"Ron, stop lying, didn't you tell me Irina sucked your dick in the bathroom?" Coy said.
We glanced at Irina and she looked nervous. I knew she did it because I remember him going on and on about it.
"You want me to get back with you?? Get your shit together!" Tyler shouted.
"Tyler, I want you!" She started to sob.
The students that were there gave her a, 'really bitch?' look.
"No, I don't want you back! You put me through so much shit, you could fill up the dumpster," Tyler replied.
"Tyler, I miss you, I promise I'll quit my job."
"You're still a booty-call girl, you haven't changed," he said calmly, "that whack song you sang, you made me disgusted even more. You could've saved yourself the trouble if you kept your legs closed, but since that's so hard for you to do, that's why you're in this mess."
"No more Tyrina!" A girl shouted out their ship name.
"You've had more trains run on you than a railroad," he said. The crowd oohed and she just stood there.
"Are you messing with Tria?" She asked quietly, looking down at the ground, he heard her.
"No, but if I did, it wouldn't be any of your business."
She breathed a sigh of relief and finally walked away.
He was done, everyone knew that except for Irina herself. She was in denial. She wasted almost a year and half trying to get back with him. It was pathetic, but hilarious at the same time.
As I made my made my way to class, I felt someone tap my shoulder. I turned around, a scowl quickly covering my face.
