Doctor Pram pushes me while I was looking around.

'Do you like the place?' Doctor Pram asks me and I nodded my head.

'It's beautiful here.' I complimented.

'Doctor?' I called him then he looks down at me.

'Why are you here?'

The doctor looked at the girl in the wheelchair.

She looked especially adorable with her white baggy pyjama. The only thing is this girl is so thin that even a small gust of wind can blow her away.

He sighs.

This very kind but a rebellious girl.

Who would think that a good and clever girl like her would think of cutting off all her ties, connections and communications to her friends and family? Doctor Pram paused.

Oh right, this girl doesn't have any family. Those shitty people from the orphanage cannot be called family. Even those people that are close to her didn't even notice the hell she's been going through.

'What else could be the reason? It's because you are here.' Doctor Pram said. Yes, that's right. He had decided way back before that since Elisia doesn't have a family. He will be, He will be her big brother.

She will become his only family since he also doesn't have one. Actually, he has but like her, sometimes there are some living people that are better off being a stranger rather than being called a family.

'Doctor.' Elisia called him. Ever since Pram can remember, this girl would always call him Doctor. He has to change that.

'Big brother Pram.'

'What?' Elisia asked, confused

'Call me big brother and I'll tell you how I found you.' He said and he saw Elisia in deep thoughts.

Elisia on the other hand had remembered Lottie when she called her Big sis. Quite ironic, Elisia does not want anyone, Her or other people calling each other with labels. As usual, she doesn't want to get any attachment because she told herself that she will live her life on her own.

She looked up at the doctor and saw his expectant expression.

Really, why does he wants to add conditions to the answers she deserves to know. But - -

'Big brother Pram, may I know how you found me?' Elisia just said to get done with it but she never expected that with just that line, she saw the bright smile on his face that even she hasn't seen even in her past life.

'Very good.' He complimented and Elisia felt a pat on the head.

It - -It felt very warm.

Pram looked at Elisia and told her.

'Well, the reason is there's this person called John who got caught doing something naughty.' he said and smirked. John?

She looked at the person by her left side. His name is also John and when she looked at him, she saw him avoiding her gaze.

So, is he who the doctor meant?

The doctor saw her questioning look and smile wider.

'Yup, this is him.' He confirmed. Doing something naughty? what might have that been?
