Branch lay in the middle of the road, looking off in the direction the truck had went. This was all his fault...

Quickly, he stood, getting an idea, as he turned, running back to Molly's house.

Molly lay on her bed, her face buried in her pillow as she cried. It hurt so much that Branch didn't trust her. He had called her a traitor... he said she betrayed them... but she didn't. She only wanted to help. She still wanted to help.

Suddenly, there was a tapping on the window.

"Molly!" she heard in a muffled voice, accompanying the tapping sound. "Molly, please! I need you!"

She looked at her window, seeing Branch on the other side, banging on it frantically. She could see the tears in his eyes, and hear the fear in his voice.

     "Branch?"

Slowly, she stood, walking over to open the window.

Immediately, Branch rushed inside, pacing back and forth, as he gripped his hair tightly in his hands.

"Branch. What's wrong? Where are the other's?"
"That giant took them!" he yelled.
"Giant? You mean the exterminator!?"
"I don't really care what he is! He took them! He took them all!" he cried, falling down to his knees, as he put his hands over his face. "He took Poppy..." he whimpered. "He took her... and it's all my fault..."

Molly looked at Branch, sadly, placing her finger gently on his back, to comfort him.

"We need to save them," he sobbed, looking up at her. "I need your help. Please. I'm sorry I didn't trust you. I am so sorry. Just please... you have to save them."

"Don't worry, Branch," she said, softly. "We will save them."
