Branch backed up into a wall, as a stray dog, slowly approached him, growling.

"Umm... good doggie. Nice doggie," he said, his voice shaking.

"Ruff! Ruff!" the dog barked loudly.

"Ughhhh," Branch whimpered, leaning up against the wall.

The dog snapped, her sharp teeth, barely missing Branch's nose.

     "AHHH!"

Suddenly, the dog pounced, Branch watching, as she flew at him, his eyes wide in fear.

"Leave him alone!" Barb shouted, jumping out of nowhere, and tackling the dog to the ground.

They wrestled on the ground together, Branch standing absolutely still, his heart racing.

The dog stood, jumping around, trying to throw Barb off her back.

"Yeah! Now I know why country trolls ride adorabulls! This is sick! Yeehaw!"

Finally, the dog began to calm down, looking back at Barb.

     Barb petted her head, smiling.

     "Good dog," she said, softly.

"Woof!" the dog barked, licking Barb's face.

"Branch!" Poppy yelled, running into the alley.

She and the others stopped, when they saw the two trolls and the dog.

Poppy looked at the dog and Barb for a moment in confusion, and then turned her attention to Branch, who still stood, pressed up against the wall.

His heart was racing so fast, as he hyperventilated, having a panic attack.

"Branch?" Poppy said, concerned, seeing the look on his face.

Slowly, his vision began to blur, as he flopped down to the ground.
