...I remember the Lucius Otom trees around my village, it was the source to many happiness around. It can be baked into a tasty Otom bread. It was soft and sweet but yet crispy and well rounded. Many travalers from all around the Reach would come just for it, But our village wasn't just known for its bread. In the Eastern peak of Nasu, lays us, the Vandun Clan. Not just known for our bread but for our relationship with Velcrib Wolves. That's where my Jekamichi Pack originated from.

There are many stories about how my Clan befriended the Wolves. My father, who was clan leader of the time. Told me a thousand years ago, before the Great Merge. The Vandun Clan was on the verge of destruction as they was losing a war against the Ravagers. Being pushed back the Eastern peak of the Reach, my ancestor Netre Jal-Vadun. Rescued a infant Velcrib Wolf from being killed by Ravagers. Being easily overrun, he grabbed it and escaped before getting wounded by arrows a couple times. One would think it was foolish, shit even I said it was. But that was him not me.
Finding refuge in a cave he reunites the infant with it's family. Humbled and grateful for the infants return the gods bestowed Netre the Pact of The Velcrib. His bloodline would forever be connected with the Wolves, from life, to beyond death. The infant was given to him as a token to their friendship. He named it Lightning, for its bright white fur and yellow eyes. Netre and lightning, and with the help of his family and wolves, pushed back the Ravagers attack until they where no longer a threat. He named the Eastern peak of Reach the territory of the Vandun Clan.

I would say it's far fetched but I was attached to the story when I was a kid. Us Vandun's are true warriors, there's a reason Nasu relies on us when time came for war, we are loyal. Too loyal. But with all great things, they fall.
