"love, still asleep?" seungcheol rolled on the bed, landing on top of jeonghan. he nuzzles against jeonghan's neck, who laughed as he got tickled. "perhaps you're still tired?" seungcheol laughed, booping jeonghan's nose.

"i am trying to stay asleep, dear, because i am indeed tired. how can you not be tired?! you did all the work!" jeonghan complained, cracking one eye open to give seungcheol a knowing look. "it's a sunday, i believe, so can i stay here until the afternoon?"

"of course you can." seungcheol states, kissing jeonghan on the cheek. jeonghan felt seungcheol smiling while he planted a kiss, making him smile as well too. "make sure to find fresh clothes later, alright? i'll take a bath now."

the black-haired immortal heads directly to the bathroom, laughing to himself. yes. yesterday, he did most (if not all) of the work so they can enjoy their time together. it was a fun time, actually.

(it's up to you to think if seungcheol is referring to cooking steak for dinner and doing the dishes yesterday, or if it's something else you all wish it was instead. just joking! or..?)

anyway, let's leave that behind. it's a new day! another day for seungcheol to enjoy his privileges. maybe cook new dishes? rip logs in half? prepare tea? but tea is not as enjoyable when drank alone, though.

i know! pester the little disgusting mortal cat-like human (quite a name, eh?)!

out of excitement, seungcheol almost immediately finished bathing and dressing to see the little human in his room. don't mistake it for something else! most weekends, jeonghan acts lazy and sleeps for almost the whole day—leaving seungcheol with nothing to do.

excepting the normal, mundane things he does, of course. also, when he does those normal mundane everyday stuff, it's less motivating to finish because jeonghan isn't beside him.

now, at the least, he has a playmate! seungcheol isn't sure if it's going to be as fun messing with the little human since that young man is always busy whenever he has free time; which means lesser funny reactions.

speaking of busy, has the little human finished his book yet? jeonghan mentioned that it was about the three of them. seungcheol is truly intrigued.

"little human!" seungcheol opens jisoo's door without knocking, catching the writer already up in the early morning, writing. doesn't he want breakfast first?! "already up, i see? no severe stomach problems? you ate quite much yesterday."

jisoo blew a raspberry, deadpanning seungcheol. "yeah, yeah. totally appreciate you bringing up that disaster early in the morning." he stands up, approaching seungcheol. "how may i help you today? are we going to go to that pig pen again?"

what?! you want to see mingyu again?! HUH?!

just a moment. no, calm down, choi seungcheol. maybe the feline-like human just wishes to have steak again because he is greedy? yes, probably. psh, would jisoo want to meet that cheesy friend of seungcheol's again? nobody would, actually. he is not chivalrous after all.

(sounds like someone's jealous, seungcheol!)

"no, what makes you think that?" seungcheol replied, pouting a little. "jeonghan will be asleep until late. we should get breakfast."

"aw, aren't you still full from yesterday night? that was a lot of steak and wine!"

"are you able to write properly without breakfast?"

"yes," jisoo firmly answered, impressing seungcheol for a short while. "i'll eat lunch, though. wha—oh, you have nothing to do?" he chuckled, crossing his arms.
