jeonghan's first memory was stepping out onto a field of flowers. at that moment, he was seen and loved by the crowd. he then realizes that he was a god, and he gains more confidence in showing himself to the public.

after the incident that changed jeonghan's life, he's stepped out of the shadows again, and both the people he cherishes the most were there alongside him. it felt like deja vu, but better. jeonghan was slowly regaining his confidence, and it was all because of two people who pointed out what jeonghan couldn't see through his perspective.

(even if he was the god of beauty, he could truly never see the big picture about being beautiful.)

staring at the glow-in-the-dark star stickers on jisoo's ceiling, jeonghan smiles to himself and holds the two people on his sides closer. there's literally nothing more that he could ask for.

"...have practice tomorrow!"

huh?

jeonghan's eyebrows creased, hearing noise from downstairs in the middle of the night. hey, is chan still not sleeping? did he sneak out and come back in with visitors?! how could he sneak out though, he can't jump out of a window from a great height!

sadly deciding to leave the bed and his lovers, jeonghan sighed as he kicked some of the plushies away from the bottom of the bed to make way. he makes as less noise as possible, jumping down the bed in one go.

jeonghan kept on hearing alarming dropping sounds, so he's more intrigued and worried. jeonghan almost rushes out and down the apartment—but jeonghan remembers to come back to the bed to fix the plushies he kicked off the bed.

"sorry," jeonghan whispered to the plushies. as if they were living things. jeonghan felt a little silly apologizing to these inanimate things, but he did anyway, because jeonghan had manners. of course! he's a god, what did you expect?

right! "sorry!" jeonghan whisper-shouted, remembering some real life people who he should apologize to instead.

the god hurriedly lifts the messily pushed-down blanket and tucks the two sleeping people in, giving them forehead kisses. jeonghan wishes them a good night's sleep before fleeing downstairs.

"hehe. of course i baked that pie!"

"i don't believe you! you can't bake this good!"

"one of jisoo's boyfriends helped me. who knew he'd pull them?!"

"well, you pulled us, the most ethereal beings in this realm, and we never questioned you for it."

"come on, hosh!"

jeonghan smiled as he descended down the stairs, sensing a strong bond of four people, and—love!

chan, the small human, was in love! could you believe it?! he's got lovers of his own! maybe that's why he's getting motivated to do different hobbies, too, huh?

"hello kids!" jeonghan happily chirped, which took the attention of a blonde, slant-eyed man and chan. the blonde slant-eyed man immediately stood up, offering jeonghan a bow. how sweet! "who are these people you brought in, chan?"

"i'm hoshi! guitarist and chan's favorite tiger!" slant-eyed man states, making jeonghan chuckle; which also earned him a blow on the stomach from chan. the god laughs at their antics.

"you're not a tiger!"

"i can be if i want to!" hoshi protested, and jeonghan nods while laughing. "see! even mister agrees!"

"anyway," chan pushed hoshi down the couch, making the blonde laugh. "here's our drummer."

"hello, minghao here," a petite, tall man stood up from the couch. he gives jeonghan a little wave and a smile, which jeonghan mirrored. "cool, you have a braid. how long did it take to grow?"
