Nightmare

Prologue: You and Kai are in the prison world and Kai is in his room having a nightmare.

I woke up from the sounds of screams coming from Kai's room. I was confused so I got up to go see what was the matter. I walked into Kai's room and he was crying in his sleep. I don't know why he would be crying as he is sleeping but It must be bad. I started to get worried. I walked over to Kai. 

"Kai," I said sitting next to him and lightly shaking him but he wouldn't wake up.

"N-no please-please don't leave me y/n," Kai said in his sleep and I frowned, I hated seeing him cry it was like seeing a hurt puppy. "Kai, I'm right here, I'm okay," I said softly and shook him a little again. "Kai, wake up," I said and shook him a little harder. He started to thrash around on the bed screaming and crying. "No! please no you can't be dead," Kai screamed and I started crying from seeing him like that. 

"Kai wake up!" I yelled and got on top of him to hug him laying my head on his chest. Kai jolted awake and I got off of him. He was looking around the room like crazy heavily breathing. "Kai," I said trying to calm him down but he kept looking around. "Kai!" I said but it still didn't work. "KAI!" I yelled and grabbed his face to look at mine. "Hey hey sh, calm down, it's okay, it's okay. It was just a nightmare" I said pulling him to me for a hug. His breathing fixed back to normal and he hugged me back. "Are you okay?" Kai asked me and I looked at him. 

"Am I okay? I'm fine, I wanna know if you are okay?" I asked and stopped hugging him. "I-I though you were getting hurt. I saw you getting killed in front of me and I-I cant lose you y/n" Kai said and I felt my face turn red. Kai wasn't much for expressing himself but I liked it. "I'm right here Kai, I'm not going to leave you. I promise" I said and he smiled a little bit I wiped some tears off of his baby smooth face and kissed the top of his head. I never did that before but It felt nice to. Kai cupped my face and whipped off the tears that where on my face. 

"Why where you crying?" Kai asked with his eyebrows softly hooding his eye. "because, I didn't like seeing you like that, you were crying and your breathing was heavy. I could tell that you where hurt. I just didn't like seeing you in pain... because. I care about you Kai. you're the only thing I've got left," I told him and his face lit up with a big smile. "Can you stay in here for tonight?" Kai asked and I nodded and cuddled up to him. He turned on the TV and of course Friends was on so we watched it together.

"ew you have a crush on the guy that plays Joey?" Kai asked laughing and I smiled at his tone of laughter. "Yes Matt Leblanc is hot Kai" I said and he kept laughing and I playfully punched his shoulder. He hit me with a pillow and I laughed. 

"Oh it is so on!" I said grabbing a pillow and hitting Kai in the face with it. "Ow that was hard" Kai said putting his hand on his face where I hit it and pretending to cry. "You're such a dork" I said and tackled him on the bed. He flipped over so he was on top of me and started to tickle my sides and I instantly burst into laughter. 

"Kai- s-stop I cant b-breathe" I said out of breath and he stoped and laughed. His laughing soon stopped when he crashed his lips into mine. I didn't hesitate for a second to kiss him back. I snaked my arms around his neck pulling him closer to me until there was no space in between us. He pulled away from the kiss with a small smile on his face. 

"You have no Idea how long I have wanted to do that" he said and looked into my eyes. "You have no Idea how long I've been waiting," I said and went in for one more kiss. "earlier, I meant to tell you that I care about you a lot too. and I was also crying because I didn't like seeing you in pain. In my nightmare, you-you where dying and I couldn't help you because I was the killer. I couldn't control myself from doing it and just know that I would never hurt you y/n" Kai said with a small tear escaping his eye. I whipped it away and smiled, "Its okay Kai, I know you wouldn't hurt me-" I started saying before Kai cut me off. 

"I love you" he said fast but fast enough to understand. My eyes widened and my face flushed red. Butterflies like never before flooding in my stomach. I had never felt this way ever in my life. "I love you too Kai" I told him and he laid back regular on the bed and pulled me to him. My head laying on his chest. He was tired it was about 3 in the morning. He yawned and snuggled up to me. "Du du du du" Kai started to sing a song in a baby voice and I laughed in awe. He really was the most adorable thing. I kissed him on the top of his head and he smiled a little with his eyes closed drifting off into sleep. 

"Good night y/n, will you be here when I wake up?" Kai asked wrapping his arms around my waist. "Of course I will, I wont leave you. Good night my little pychopath" I said and Kai laughed a little before falling asleep.
