On the run. The avengers

part 1

"Get all the Avengers together, I want them in the conference room by 1:00 PM tomorrow," Fury yells to Agent Hill in frustration.  Fury has been trying to find a person for a long time five years now to be exact, but every time his agents come back empty-handed.  Now he's done with it and wants to deploy his best team the Avengers.

The next day one by one the Avengers stumble into the conference room  "So the circus is complete again, where is Fury? I want to know why we had to come here so fast. I had to leave a very angry Pepper behind" Tony starts looking around the room.

A few minutes later Fury and agent Hill walk in the conference room "Thank you for coming" Fury said and throws an file in the middle of the table. Captain America a.k.a Steve Rogers is the first to take the file and open it, meanwhile agent Hill opens the same file in a hologram so that the rest can watch too.

"What's up with this person? is he dangerous?" Clint wonders out loud as he looks at the hologram as Steve continues to look at the photo in his hand, something makes him recognize it.

Fury looks at Clint with a raised eyebrow. "A, it's a woman, look at her figure" starts Fury a little frustrated that one of his best spy's does not see that it is woman "B, Captain Rogers you may recognize her. You saw her quickly five years ago during the battle of New York. She was there and without us realizing it helped us fight the chintauri and rescued a lot of residents and brought them to safety, Rogers she even saved you and Romanoff after a chintauri tried to shoot you from behind" At that moment agent Hill clickedon a button and a video playing it showed a young woman in disguise that saved Nat and Steve.  Steve looked at the woman who nodded at Steve and then quickly ran away.

"Wait you saw her and you never said anything about it?" Natasha said surprised. "I didn't even know this happened" muttered Natasha, she was ashamed that a spy like her didn't realize that this happend at all.

Steve looked at Natasha "It all happened so fast, I thought after the battle that I imagined it" Steve began. "Well apparently not Capsicle, look she was standing right in front of you, what were your eyes frozen again?" started Tony.

"That's not the point" Fury's voice intervened harshly sometimes it would feel like he was working with little childeren.  Everyone looked at Fury again as he looks at the viedeo.  Agent Hill shows the rest of the footage showing the disguised lady directing residents of New York to safety and her battle with multiple chintauri's clearly showing her powers, as well as getting along well fighting with dagger without the use of her powers "As you see here this is someone with powers and I want her here, I want to know if she isn't dangerous" began Fury before being interrupted by Thor "Did the lady do something wrong then?  I only see the lady helping people" said Thor not knowing what Fury wanted. "He's right Fury, after what we saw this lady did nothing wrong just helped people, so what if she has powers" said Banner.

"She has powers and powers can be dangerous, I want to know who lives in my city and what powers this woman has and how she got her powers. Maybe she can even become an addition to this team" said Fury. Some wanted to make a comment but Fury raised his hand and looked sternly at the group, they immediately knew to shut up and listen.

"After New York, agents from shield tried to find her but no trace was to be found. Now last year we have found some traces of her here in New York, but every time one of my agents finds her she disappears quickly, even my best agents can't find her they keep coming back empty handed it seems she only acts as a vigilante at night she stops robbers and other kind of criminals and ties them up until the police can take them and has several other things. I want to find her and ask her some questions. Since my agents can't do it, I'm sending you, you have to find her and bring her here for questions" said Fury in a tone that was saying no intervening.
