(With Technoblade)

As Technoblade entered his house, he plopped down into a chair with a heavy sigh. He ran a hand down his face. In all honesty, Techno never liked social gatherings. The idea of blending into the crowd didn't sit right with him.

Over the past few days, things were going missing. It would be stuff that could easily be replaced, like food. Perhaps something-or someone-was hiding in his house. A sudden, loud noise nearly made the pink-haired man jump out of his skin.

BANG! "FUCK!"

'What the hell?' It sounded like it came from below him. But that couldn't be right. Techno hadn't used his basement in a while. Perhaps his suspicions were true.

Techno pulled out some floorboards and looked inside. There, he saw everything someone would need to live. A bed in the corner, a crafting table, and furnace next to the bed, and some chests on the other wall. Curious, he dropped down into the little room and turned around. The Piglin hybrid saw someone he thought he'd never see again.

"Tommy?" "Um, hi?" Techno embraced his younger brother. "Thank the Gods, you're okay. I thought I lost you." Before Tommy could answer, he felt himself being punched in the shoulder. "Ow-hey! What was that for?" "For scaring me!"

The teen flinched. "Since when did you care? If I recall correctly, you tried to kill me," he retorted. The older man was taken aback. Tommy was right.

Techno finally took a good look at the boy in front of him. His baby blue eyes that once held so much joy and a hint of mischief were now a dull grey. His hair had become shaggy and unkempt. His clothes were torn in multiple places. He was missing a shoe. Dirt caked nearly every inch of his now bony body. Exile had not been kind.

"What happened to you?" Something within Tommy snapped. "What happened to me? Well, maybe my own 'best friend' threw me out of my country. Maybe my worst enemy escorted me to an island in the middle of nowhere. Maybe said enemy blew up everything I had with me. Maybe that was done every. Fucking. Day. For three months. Maybe, when my family finally decided to visit me, they only mocked me. Maybe I was made to believe that my only friend was that stupid homeless green Teletubby. Maybe everything I worked for was blown up right in front of me. I don't know about you, but I think that would break someone."

Tommy didn't know when he started crying, but the tears would not stop. He definitely had a lot of pent-up emotions. The Piglin hybrid was shocked. Dream did this? His expression changed to one of pity. He figured his brother needed some time to think. "I'll leave. If you want to talk, you know where I am. I'm sure you want some time to yourself." With that, the pink-haired man climbed up the ladder and replaced the floorboards that had been removed.

After his brother was out of sight, the blonde let out a scream of pure rage. Not thinking clearly, he punched the nearest wall with all of his strength. He recoiled from the pain, a string of curses leaving his mouth. He sat down on his bed and curled into a ball and started sobbing.

(549 words. I originally planned for this to be fluff, but it just ended up turning into angst. 😩 Well, see you whenever I post next.)
