I set the bag of takeaway on the counter as Jack poured himself a cup of coffee.
"Good day at work?" He asked as I kissed his cheek.
"Yea, I got some very interesting news." I smiled, taking two plates and setting them on the counter.
He raised one of his eyebrows and and stirred his steaming cup. "What? Should I be worried?"
I shook my head and opened the takeaway containers.
"Wait.. you only like Chinese food when your pregnant?"
I looked over to him and smiled.
"Oh Alexis. I fucking love you." He smiled and lifted me up, spinning me around.
"And I love you. You jerk."
