The Final Showdown

"...prepare yourself little girl, because Mistress Karli is going to make this as painful as possible".

Nashi POV~

That Karli chick wasted no time in her first attack, she stomped her foot forward and a line of rock pillars shoots forward towards me. I fly above it before it could hit me and dive towards her with my fist aflame "Fire Dragon Iron Fist!" she blocks the attack by raising a rock wall in front of her, then punches through it, hitting me in the face and sending me sprawling. She barely gave me time to collect myself before she aimed a boulder at my head, I barely got away in time.  I notice chips of the ceiling falling around us "everyone outta here! get my parents to safety and get outta here!" I try my best to stay away from her relentless attacks and deal a few of my own to keep her focus on me so they can escape. "Are you kidding?! I'm not leaving you down here!" I look over to Storm and my heart hurts at the sad, desperate look in his eyes. "Trust me Storm, I know what I'm doing!" I bring my attention back to Karli as a stone spike flies past my head. I hear Luke halt any argument Storm may have had by telling him that if he trusts me he'll do what I say. "Fire Dragon Sword Horn!" I launch myself at her, smashing us both into the wall and continuing to push to keep her pinned in place so they have enough time to get everyone out safely.

"I'm not listening to that pink haired freak! if we wanna fight, we're gonna fight!" Those stupid Sabers... "Can't you listen for once in your life! Nashis got this! we have to get out of here before this place collapses!" I can hear Kai arguing with Elias, That stupid guys gonna get both himself and Suki killed! "you don't get it! we can help Nashi! we can give her our powers!" I'm pretty sure that's not possible... "she's a demon, demons specialise in dark magic, and a dragon so she also has dragon magic, I don't know if it will work but if she can eat some of Sukis magic and then mine, she'll have the power of 3 dragons on her side!" I don't know if its possible but that does sound pretty badass. "I'll try it!" I call back to them and urge them to hurry as I won't be able to keep her pinned forever. "on 3 blast as much magic as you can at me! 1...2...3!" I give one final shove to trap her in the wall and give me enough time to try this power up. I fly towards the Sabers as Suki blasts her magic at me. I make sure  I concentrate on the demonic side of my power to be able to absorb her shadow magic. when the blast hits me I'm able to open wide and eat as much of it as I can. Elias does the same with his magic and its a little more difficult but I'm able to eat his magic as well, just as Karli burst through the wall, covered in wounds and seething with rage. "you...what have you done?!" I can feel the magic fighting with each other inside me, but I soon get a hold of it and am able to control it. I can feel even more changes to my appearance, white scales appear under one eye and black scales under the other, and I also notice the white and black streaks to my hair. "I just became the most powerful being you've ever met. prepare to face the first White Shadow Flame Dragon!"

She just looks at me as if I've just said the most stupid thing she's ever heard "...there's literally no such thing as a white shadow flame dragon, just who do you think you are?".  "Your worst goddam nightmare if you don't shut up!" is she seriously unfazed by the fact I just majorly powered up?! this chick is crazy! whatever I need to take her out quick and get out of here before we're both killed by the room she doesn't seem to have noticed is caving in because of her. even her goons have dipped. I can feel the magic inside me trying to get out so I have to make this next attack a big one "Holy Shadow Flame Dragon Flash Fang!" I concentrate all my magic power into my fists, a white flame in one hand and a shadow flame in the other, I bring them together and a blast of white and black flames is directed at Karli. she brings up layers of earth to protect herself, and it works for a brief moment, but inevitably crumbles as the destructive blast hits its mark.

when the smoke clears there's a large hole where the blast cut through the wall behind her, there's also no sign of Karli, so I'm assuming she's gone. as the relief that she's gone spreads throughout my body, every ounce of magic and energy that I had dissipates and I collapse to the floor. I know I have to get out of here but my body has given up, I can't move a single muscle. "at least my family is safe..." I thought before I succumb to the darkness.

so I seriously powered Nashi up for this but fuck it, an overpowered heroine never hurt anyone, well apart from Karli, sorry Karli! a White Shadow Flame Dragon probably makes no sense whatsoever but it sounded and looked cool in my imagination soooo there ya go. Hope you enjoyed! I'm not promising another chapter anytime soon coz I can never keep my promises. The joys of being a Gemini, we're so two faced, anyway see ya next time! (whenever that is)
