Nova & Rin Vs Lumina

Rin POV~
This is it. I can feel the amount of magic power radiating from this girl. its not majorly huge, but it's a lot. But the way she doesn't even show even a sliver of emotion, it's kind of annoying. "be careful Nova, we don't know what this girl might have up her sleeve". Nova nods her head and gets ready for battle "*sigh* if we must, lets get this over with" this girl acts bored that she has to fight us, like were dirt under her boot or something. "would you prefer I end this quickly? or would you rather I humour you and make you feel like you actually have a chance?" how powerful does this girl think she is? "this chick is starting to piss me off Rin" growled Nova. I nod my head as a signal for her to get ready, then launch an all out attack. "Water Nebula!".

"Lightning Dragon Heavenward Halberd!" our attacks reach the girl but don't hit because she just vanishes. where did she go?! "pathetic" she says from behind me before punching me and slamming me into a wall. "gnh! damn that hurt!" I look at Nova and see she's not faring much better. she's getting kicked, punched and thrown into the wall, before coming back to me and doing the same. "have you had enough already?" she said in a bored tone. the look on her face when we stood up and stretched out our muscles was priceless. "b-but how?! no ones stood back up before!!" she sounds kind of frustrated. good. "oh yeah you're strong, but the magnolia train has made me feel way worse" says Nova, massaging her shoulder. this should hopefully get her to use her magic. I've been curious since this fight started. "guess I am going to have to use my magic after all" Bingo. her body is enveloped in a yellow glow "Meteor" she chants before darting off in all different directions, landing several hits on me and Nova. "wait a minute, I recognise this spell" I say, getting back up again. "me too, its one of Roses spells. this chick uses heavenly body magic!" now we know what type of magic she uses, it'll be easier to avoid attacks.

"water slicer!" I send blades of water towards the girl, this time she doesn't dodge. Nova follows with her own attack "Lightning Dragon Roar!" her powerful spell hits its mark, causing the girl to scream, collapsing to the ground. "man, that almost seemed too easy" I say stretching out my aching body. "didn't it? I feel like there's something we're missing here..." I start looking around the room and notice faint magic circles on the floor set up in a certain pattern. hold on a second... "Nova look ou-". light. bright light engulfed my body, and pain was all I felt. when I open my eyes I see the girl, hovering over Nova, putting her foot on her as if she was a piece of trash "get...away...from her" I barely managed to speak. I drag myself over to Nova, she didn't look good. her body was still, terrifyingly still. I clutch her head against my chest as tears spill from my eyes. I can't lose Nova, not only would it break me, but it would break Luna, Mira, Laxus, Nashi, everyone. "tch. why are you crying? she was weak, useless, of course she was going to die. her fate was sealed as soon as you both walked into the room". I suddenly felt new strength flow through my body.

"weak? useless?! Nova is a big part of our guild! she's the daughter of two of the best S-class mages! my twins girlfriends best friend! an amazing wizard! *punch* an amazing friend! *punch* and an awesome girlfriend! *punch* don't you dare call her weak! she's stronger than you'll ever know! I know she's alive! and I know she'll wake up any minute and take you down!" * EXTREMELY HARD PUNCH*. "enough! Altairis!" The girl crosses her arms above her head to begin casting the spell. As she prepares to fire the spell, all nearby shadows are drawn towards her, forming a small black orb which rapidly grows in size and also gains small white lights inside it, similar to the night sky. The girl then unleashes the orb towards me.

Nova POV~
I slowly raise my head after hearing Rins speech and a frightening explosion. And the site that greeted me confirmed my terrifying thoughts. Rin was nowhere to be seen, but by the girls feet, a small puddle of water. "No! Rin!" I ran to the puddle and started crying. The girl started laughing and rambling about something, but I wasn't listening, I wanted my boyfriend back. As I cried I noticed a familiar face forming over my reflection in the water. Rin! I was about to call out to him but he motioned for me to keep quiet. He mouthed a plan to me. I nodded my head but didn't get a chance to start the plan because that stupid gothic chick lifted me by my throat. "Y'know its rude to ignore people when their talking" she says tightening her grip, cutting off my air supply. "Yknow...you're really...arrogant!" I spat in her face and she threw me across the room. Her face said 'im gonna kill you', but before she had the chance, Rin formed himself as a bubble around her. His water lock spell. "Wha?! What is this?!" She screams from her prison. I felt electricity pulse throughout my body, begging me to end this. And I was more than happy to oblige. I ran at the bubble full force, the elctricity accumulating around my fist "Lightning Dragon Breakdown Fist!" My fist went through the outer layer of the bubble, hitting her square in the jaw. And because she was in the bubble, it made it hurt ten times worse. The bubble popped and the girl flopped to the floor, and Rin returned to his human form. "Thank god you're okay" he says letting out a huge sigh of relief. "The same goes for you" I say hugging him tight. "I heard what you said y'know" I smirk as he turns into a blushing mess. "W-well, it was the truth" I giggle and kiss his cheek "I love you, you dork" he smiles and kisses me in return "I love you too sparky".

Oh. Ma. Lawd. How long has it been??? Lets just say a long time. Im sorry this is so bad, I really cant write fight scenes, but I'm trying ma best okeh. This is the first time I've written a chapter on my laptop instead of my phone. It feels different. Like im an actual writer or something. HA! KEEP DREAMING!. anyway let me know what you think, I love reading comments. Please.
