Luke POV~

Me and the others managed to make it out of that awful place before everything collapsed, including the guildhall on top. All of us are panting and wheezing trying to get our breath back after running so hard. I look back at the collapsed guildhall and a realisation dawned on me. Wheres Nashi? She said she would be fine, I have complete faith in my sister but I'm incredibly worried. What if that Karli girl won? What if she's trapped under all the rubble? What if she's dead?! As all these thoughts are swimming through my head, a massive explosion pulls me out of my spiral. And out of the smoke and debris...is Nashi! I immediately run over to my sister and pull her into the biggest hug I've ever given her, and I'm soon joined by Storm.

"Don't you fucking do that again! I thought you were dead! I....I thought I lost you..." she weakly hugs me back "it's okay bro...I told you, you can trust me" she gives me her signature toothy smile that makes her look way too much like our dad. Holy shit, DAD! MOM!

"Elias! Suki! Where are our parents?! How are they?!" I grabbed Elias by his collar and pulled him so we're face to face, leaving Nashi with Storm "Dude! Chill! Your parents are fine. We already gave them the anti-toxin we stole from their lab, they should wake up in a couple hours!" Huh? What lab? The look on my face must have told them exactly what I was thinking. "Seriously?! They were pumped with a drug that no-one knows anything about and you didn't think to find an antidote?!" I just dropped his collar in shame and felt incredibly stupid that we didn't think of that.

I rushed over to my parents as they lay together on the grass. I put my mom's head in my lap and gazed sadly at my mother's face. She had some colour back in her cheeks but was still quite pale. I've always felt closer with my mom than my dad, Nashi and him had their looks, magic and overall personalities that automatically made them close. But there was a time when dad would leave on missions while mom stayed home with me, and we had so many good times together and so many great memories were made that I always felt safe, happy and warm when I was with her, and I still do now. When Nashi was born dad had saved enough money that he didn't need to leave on missions for a while. So he was able to do for Nashi what he wasn't able to with me. Call me a mommas boy if you must, it's completely true. So seeing my mother like this truly breaks my heart, I can only hope she pulls through this, dad too.

Nova claps her hands to get everyones attention "Okay everyone, we need to get Natsu, Lucy, Shi and Dana to a hospital and quick. Once everyone has recovered we'll return to the guild" we all agree and Storm and Sylvia work together to ice-make a cart so we can wheel my parents and Shi behind us, pulling them as fast as we can to the nearest hospital.

It took around 2 hours to get there, but once we did my parents, Dana and Shi were rushed off for treatment while we were all each taken away to get treatment for our own wounds.

~1 week later~

After a week of getting treatment, healing and a little therapy. We were all given the all clear to go home, as long as we take it easy for a while, even my parents. Unfortunately they couldnt get Nashi to turn back to normal so she still has her wings, horns and scales. But I can't say the same for Shi. He was in critical condition when we brought him in and he still hasn't woken up. We gave Dana our condolences and wished her luck before leaving to head back to the guild, Suki and Elias boarding a separate train. "Man that was the roughest week of my life" says my dad as we slowly make our way to the train station. "Yeah well it's about to get even rougher, it's a five hour train ride to Magnolia and I've only got one motion sickness patch left" Nova holds said patch in her hand and I can just see the tension between the dragon slayers as there's an unspoken fight about who will get the patch. I see Nashi try and sneakily take the patch, but Nova notices her too and smacks her upside the head. "Nice try Nash, but next time try not to do it directly infront of me" Nova says as she places the patch behind her left ear.

We all board the train and take our seats. Me, Rose, Nova, Rin, Kai and Sylvia in one booth, Dad, Mom, Storm, Nashi, Gale and Luna in the one behind us. As we were chatting about the events that happened a week ago, Nova kept loudly saying how she felt great and what a relaxing train ride this was going to be. What she didn't realise was Nashis hand come up over the booth behind her and snatch the patch from behind her ear, instantly making her feel the effects of her motion sickness. I couldn't help but laugh at the group being back to their old antics as Rose cuddled up to my side and fell asleep. I kissed her forehead and whispered "sleep well my love, we'll be home soon".
