Chapter 1: The Start

I always viewed the world differently than other people; My mother is who I hate the most in the world. Forced my father to break the skies into two, one night and one day. I was forced to join my father for his mistakes; just because I look like him. So in rage I help support the Monkey king to invade the celestial realm. All that can be seen was destruction in the realm, with a crazed monkey and an angry man with a bow and sword. Then A beautiful woman appeared and with an angry look.

"How dare you cause all of this destruction!"

"Be quiet! Tell me why I was forced to join Father?!?"

"It's because of this unkindled rage you and your Father share!"

" *Scoffs* Shut up, you betrayed my trust! Son let's get her"

Son looked over to me with a big smile and yelled out loud.

"Let's do this Tsu~"

I pulled out my bow while Son ran with his staff; We fought for a while back and forth. We were getting tired while she was just fine, with a lot of scratches on her. We looked at each other and nodded; Then we charged at her, I filled my sword with sword qi and Son's red eyes and golden pupils. She looked at us with a sad face and shot us with a powerful blast that turned my whole world white. Then I hear a little voice, that was sad to say the least

"I'm sorry, I-I was to selfish I hope you may live a better life then I put you in"

A nice and beautiful day, with an old man chopping some wood; two kids were playing around near the old man.

"Daddy Daddy"

"What is it Masako"

"Onii-chan has my brush and he won't give it back"

I look over to Tsukiyomi, my son

"Is that right? Well Tsukiyomi?"

"Sorry Dad and Masako; here have it back"

He apologized and handed out the brush back to Masako. Masako gives a pouty face and looks away. With a lighting strike, Tsukiyomi was devastated with tears coming out.

"I'm sorrrrry!"

He went on all fours apologizing to her; she looked at him with a happy face. She walked over to him and put her hand on his head.

"I'll forgive you"

She said and left back home; I looked over to see Tsukiyomi was happy to be forgiven.

["I should put him to work; Yes I'm super smart!!"]

"Hey Tsukiyomi, for punishment finish chopping the wood for me"

"Huhhh, but Dad.."

"No but's let's go!"

I handed the axe over to Tsukiyomi and ran inside to get some tea. Now starts our main protagonist Dainichi Tsukiyomi, cutting some wood because of his father. His family is considered as nobles, many people want to marry him or his father just to be set in life. For an eight year old who wants to have friends and worry about that later, it's hard for him. His sister gets tons even though she is five years old; she always has to go with her parents or brother when they go outside. Other than that they live pretty good lives, if I do say so myself *wink wink*.

"I hate this soooo much!"

Yelling after chopping tons of wood, his hands were numb after swinging the axe. His black hair flowing in the air, which showed his silver eyes bright as the moon. In my family, I'm the only one who has silver eyes while everyone else has brown eyes. They didn't really care for it as much as it should have been. My mother Miki loves men with long hair so my dad and I have to have long hair; pointless fact, but hey who cares. I went inside with my numb arms, and I walked over to my dad Kawasaki.

"Dad, why was there so much wood?!?! What? Are you preparing for war or something? It's spring"

"Fufufufu, are you sure you want to know!? It could kill you"

He stated with his arms out and acting out like a weird beast.

"Hey stop that old man! And yes I would like to know!"

"Hey don't call me old man! Miki could you give me another cup of tea please"

He asked while pulling my cheeks and my mother glanced back with a smile, but hidden with terror.

"Fufufu, That was your third cup dear"

"*Cough* I-I was just joking~"

"..."

"..."

"Um.. Dad, could you tell me why we are cutting up so much wood?"

He looked at me smiling ear to ear and put his hands on my shoulders.

"We're getting ready for special people to come here and you'll find out when they come!"

"..."

"What?"

"That's it? That didn't help clarify anything"

"Fine.. it's your future fiancé"

"... You gotta be kidding me didn't I tell you I wasn't interested to get married"

Then with a stern face and with a serious tone.

"Your going to be the next head of the family, you need to act like it"

"But! T-That doesn't.. Fine What's her name?"

"She is Kocho Kanae and that's all I will tell"

"Fine, I'm going for a walk in the forest"

"Okay be back soon and they won't be here until 3 days"

"Yes Mother"

I started to walk into the forest and remember a girl that I fell in love with. It started at the market and I was walking around trying to find a book. I heard some girl with long black hair and two butterfly hair bands crying near a tent and at first I wanted to leave her to cry; but my guilt hurt every time I tried to walk away, so I went to the girl.

"Are you okay?"

"*Sob* yes"

"Um.. are you lost?"

"*Sob* yes and I can't find my parents anywhere *Sob*"

I took her hand and gave her a big smile.

"Then let's find them; I'm sure they are looking for you as well!"

She looked at me and gave me the cutest smile I have ever seen. She gives me a nod and holds my hand. We then went around the marketplace and looked for her parents. I decided to buy some apples and give one to her.

"Here, you'll need some energy from all that crying"

"Hey! That's not nice"

"Haha~"

"Thank you~"

After a couple of minutes of looking around we found them with worried faces. She went over to them with a big hug and the parents and a little girl hugged her as well. I went to walk away to become a shadow, but I heard a voice.

"What's your name? We want to compensate you for helping our daughter!"

"Don't worry about it and the name is Tsukiyomi"

I said as I disappeared in the crowd and when I went back home, I got an ear full for being late. Then after the scolding, I told them about the beautiful girl I met and how I may have fallen in love.

["I told them I love that girl, but why get fiance when I'm in love with that girl."]
