After leaving the place, I went to stock up on supplies for a couple days. Then I made it to the base of Fujikasane Mountain, but it didn't start until 5 more hours. So I decided to go to an open field and relax, maybe eat some lunch. I laid down and heard two people walking to me, but I decided to sleep.
"Hey!"
"A voice, let me sleep! "
Then another voice rings in but is very nervous compared to another person who is more confident.
"S-Sabito stop it look like he trying to slee-p"
They kept chattering and I was getting annoyed because I was trying to sleep. So I got up with a pissed look.
"Can you two Chatterboxes Shut your mouths!"
"Hey the sleeping beauty awakens!"
"Oh shut it Sabito!" He was shocked of how I know his name
"I heard your name from your conversations wow these guys has some screws loose"
By looking at them Sabito has a large scar on the right side of his mouth, with peach colored hair and a fox mask on the side of his head. Then the other one who's nervous with plain haori, black hair, and blue eyes.
"Oh, is that so; let me introduce myself I'm Sabito and this guy is Giyu"
"H-Hi" He might think I'm a little dangerous from his scared tone.
"My name is Tsukiyomi it's nice to meet you"
"Great, I hope you don't mind if we eat here?" Sabito asked with a big smile
"I don't mind, but why this spot; I mean *Move my hand around to indicate how much there is*"
"Because the more the merrier!"
"You have to be shitt-"
"N-no cussing!" Giyu stated
"Tsk, the cuss police has showed up"
"Hahahaha!"
"Peach head don't laugh"
The two started to laugh at my comment and I was smiling because it was fun being around them. Even though we literally just met before the final selection.
"Let's eat"
We ate in silence for a little bit, then Sabito looked at me with a serious face.
"I'm going to call you Tsu from now on" Really, I mean I've been called this by Naoto a couple of times.
"...Sure, go ahead"
Sabito is a very energetic person to say the least, it's a little weird to say the least.
"Tsu... are you also going to participate in the final selection?"
"Hm? Oh, yeah I am and you are too?"
"Yep that's right!" Sabito stated and Giyu nodded
"Hey, I was wondering, but how many demons have you guys killed?
"What? Why would we kill demons yet, we have to do the final selection before we actually kill demons" Giyu stated
"Really, but I already killed about 50 demons plus with 2 lower moons and one upper moon, so 53 now"
They were shocked as all get out, they kept looking at each other then back to me. They did this same process for at least 5 minutes.
"So you're telling me, your teacher allowed you to hunt demons for what reason!?"
"Will I'm self-taught and I did it for practical training" Then their souls left them from being shocked by this revelation. (A/N: They don't know about the 12 moons yet)
