She woke up with a booming headache knowing she tested her limits last night. She reached over to her nightstand grabbing the closest pain reliever she could find, taking a pill.

She got up out her bed to go find something to eat to hopefully make her headache when she saw Asjia in the kitchen looking just like her, hangover written all over her face.
"I'm gonna cook you want some?" she asked
"Yes please this is why your my best friend." I said
"Dang that's all I'm good for? And here i thought I might have found you a nigga" Asjia playfully rolled her eyes.
Lani immediately thought back to what she could remember of last night and being very bold asking this man for his number. She hoped he forgot that they exchanged numbers.
She widened her eyes,"girl I forgot about that, who told me to do that." She hit her hand with her forehead.
"Well I think he was feeling you." Asija laughed
She looked at her with cutting eyes when she heard her phone ding from her room.
"Tell me when the foods ready I'll be right back." I said.
One text string was from her siblings group chat. Lani had two brothers, one older one younger and they had been close their whole life. Isaiah is 23 and lives in Atlanta also in an apartment with his girlfriend and Jaxson is just turning 16.
