I opened my eyes to find a broken window and an empty room with a sigh, I left .I got to the police station just as Regina was leaving. I ran inside and Mary Margaret looked up in shock." You were dead"
" what are you talking about, I'm standing right here" I laughed before walking over to her and whispering" you keep my secret I'll keep yours" then I left the station and went home. Over the next few days Emma kept giving me weird looks. I was sitting at Granny's when August sat across from me." I need your help, Rose" he told me and I raised an eyebrow.
" why" I asked
" have you read Henry's book lately"
" no, Emma has it"
" I'll show you but not here" he told me and I nodded, before following him outside. He led me to the woods and sat on a log, before pulling up his pant leg. My eyes widened when I saw that it was made of wood." Can you help me"
" I'm not sure but I'll try" I took his hand closed my eyes, I heard him gasp and I opened my eyes to see his leg slowly turning back but it stopped at his ankle." I'm sorry but all I can do is slow it down, from here it looks like you only have months, maybe weeks."
" thanks for trying, Abby" he got up and walked off making me frown.
