I was sweeping the pawnshop when my arm started burning but I ignored it. Gold was counting the money earned this months in the back, so I leaned against the counter and pulled the sleeve of my jacket up to see that the svcar was red from me scratching it. I quickly covered it back up as Gold came into the room." Why don't you head home, Abby" he told me and I nodded putting the broom up. I walked home but stopped hearing the sound of a wolf howling, I smiled but kept walking.

I stopped as August pulled up on his bike." Hi Rose, where you walking to?" I rolled my eyes but answered" Home".

" are you going to tell me how you remember or are you going to avoid the question" he asked and I stopped with a sigh" I'm not avoiding the question, I just can't tell you, not just yet August"

" and when will you tell me" he asked making me roll my eyes again" maybe, when Emma breaks the curse, or after". I started walking again and he rode on his bike next to me.

" why did you do it?" I asked and he raised an eyebrow"do what?"

" it doesnt take a genius to figure out that you took the book from Henry and then gave it back. So why did you?" I pointed out and he smirked" I have my own reasons, why do you go into the woods alone?" He countered and I shrugged.

" its peaceful, a place I can get away to, from all this crazy" I sighed.

" saw you during the storm, why did you scream"

" I've always hated storms, but at one time, I loved them"

" what happened" he asked and I stopped walking

" my dad would always sing a song to me but when ...." I trailed off

" when he took you away from them"he continued and I nodded" I forgot and the fear came back" I went inside and up to my room to do my homework.
