I WAS WATCHING how this man could smile as if it was really genuine. He was standing along the side of the front door, there were visitors of him that want to go home already.

"You know, I love the way you're staring at your husband." I forgot that I was with her when we both get inside the house.

My brows furrowed to the last word she said. "Husband?" I tilted my head in confusion.

Mrs. Smith smile at me lovingly. "Hindi ka pa ba sanay na tinatawag siyang asawa?" Lalong nangunot ang noo ko.

When did I get married?

"You look at your husband as if you really love him." Love? I look at the man talking to his visitors just to find him staring at me. For the nth time, my heart beats again. It was doing fine when I just stare at him but it changes when I always met his green eyes, that forest deep set of eyes.

Nahihiya akong nag iwas ng tingin. I lick my lips in embarrassment when I met Mrs. Smith teasing smile.

"You look so cute together!" She squeals pertaining to the stares she saw. I shyly smile at her. Anong cute doon? Nakakahiya nga e!

"T-Thank you, Madam." She laughed wholeheartedly as if reminiscing the scene.

"Kasal na kami nung una kaming magkita so we're really are strangers to each other back then. Eventually, we fall in love. I find a man who loves me unconditionally, Hija. It was just like a dream come true." She said magically. Her eyes are glowing in happiness.

I held her hand and smile gently. "Masaya po ako para sa inyo." I want to experience that too...

She smiles gleefully. "I know, you'll get there too. He'll come to you."

I smile in confusion when she gets excited looking at my back. Not long enough, a pair of muscular arms wrapped around my waist that made me gulp.

"You both look like you're having a good conversation, mind if I join, Mrs. Smith?" I smile at Mrs. Smith even though deep inside, I want to slap this man for touching me again.

Mrs. Smith shook her head. "No, Mr. Mayor. It's a wife's thing." I smile thankfully to her. She winks at me in response.

"That's alright. I'll ask my wife, later then, right baby?" I held to his arms that were in my waist when his hug tightens. I secretly pinch his arm which earned a groan from him.

"Aw, wife." He complains as if was really hurt him. If I didn't saw his fake smile, maybe I would believe to his actions. But no, he can't fool me.

Eventually, I talk to Mrs. Smith with the man hugging me from behind.

I shiver secretly when I felt a series of peck from my shoulders up to my neck. "You look so nice conversing to her." He whispered as he put a series of soft kisses. I heaved surrendering and trying to calm the storm in my heart and body.

I shyly stare at her–apologizing.

This man! He loves attention that he didn't even bother if he was doing this kind of stuff in front of other people!

"Mahal ko." We heard a call. I smile at Mr. Smith when our eyes met.

"What took you so long?" reklamo ng ginang.

"You know the reason. Why is my wife irritated?" He jokingly asked. Mrs. Smith looked at us.

"Those two are cuddling in front of me! Wala silang galang sa akin!" Mrs. Smith jokingly sneer at me.

I shyly apologized.

"Sir." He said acknowledging the Mister. "Its okay, Alaric. Its normal for a husband and wife. My wife is tired and irritated because of you, both so we'll go home now." Aniya ni Mr. Smith.

"Love!" Mrs. Smith said that made us all laugh.

I WATCH HOW Mr. and Mrs. Smith's car disappears. The lunch went well unexpectedly. We supposed to dine in a fine restaurant but Mrs. Smith is craving for house-made foods. So, I decided that well eat here in the mansion.

I heaved a sigh. Bumungad sakin ang babaeng, ayaw kong makita. I look at her coldly. She was supposed not to get out of her room, but look at what she did?

I don't even have a choice to kick her out especially that my visitors are watching. So, I have no choice.

"You true colors finally came out." She said fiercely. My brow raised in amusement. What is this attitude?

I step forward to her front. She takes a step back but eventually didn't. She faces me with so much determination–trying to scare me with her glares.

"I didn't even hide my true colors to you, wife." I look at her hazel eyes. It was supposed to be gentle and sweet but it turns out that it was this fierce yet at the same time, looks so innocent.

What is this huh?

Her face contorted in irritation. "Anong hindi?! You display that fraud smile of yours to everyone! You even use me as your item to play that game of yours!"

I was to supposed to be pissed. This lady is pouring and lashing her anger towards me for what I did a while ago. Her eyebrows are furrowed, hazel eyes are shooting daggers, cheeks are burning red, and her sweet pinkish lips are parted because of the killing words she wanted to say.

She was supposed to be like a tigress hunting her prey, but...

She looks like a kitten to me begging me for attention.

I want it, I want this kitten begging...
