I wasn't able to find a proper photo that looked like the costume I had in mind, but this one is close. Fumiko has the same top and pants, the top being black and the pants being white. She also has a belt that has containers for her items. Her arms are covered in white bandages, extending from her shoulder to the tips of her fingers (like Dazai from Bungou Stray Dogs)

Name: Impact
Description: User is able to move at a fast speed. The user's raw strength is also remarkable, rivalling that of All Might's. With enough momentum, both heightened speed and strength can be used and will result to the power of the quirk tripling upon impact.
Drawbacks: When used over a certain extent, the quirk depletes the user's stamina and energy at an unhealthy speed, often resulting to fainting or in worse cases comatose.
