The End Of The World

(This is gonna be very inaccurate because I don't know much about wars and how the military worked or even works now, but it's my fanfic and y'all are gonna deal with it!)

Mikey~

I loaded my gun and took a deep breath. We were in the trenches currently, and there was the sound of bullets being shot all around us. I had tears streaming down my face as I remembered what happened last time we were attacked.

Gerard.

My brother died in the last attack, and I was scared I wasn't going to return home to my mother. I missed her. I jumped out of the trench and started shooting anyone who wasn't an ally. I slid into a hole and bumped into someone.

"Sorry! Please don't kill me! I don't wanna be here! I just wanna escape this madness!" A small voice cried out. I looked at the person in front of me. He was a small (5"7') boy with bleach blonde hair and bright green eyes. He had tears running down his face, and blood dripping from his mouth. Then I noticed he was wearing the outfit of our enemy.

"Look, I won't hurt you, if you won't hurt me." I said. He nodded and we introduced ourselves. We spent a long time in the hole talking before a search team came through and took us both from the hole. I explained why I hadn't killed (Y/N) and they let him go with me. We changed him into one of our uniforms since he swore loyalty to us.

Since we didn't have any empty cots, he and I rotated sleeping on mine. After months of us working together, he confessed to me that he was Gay, and I told him the same thing. He kissed me, and we started dating. Then one day, we were attacked again. He ended up getting shot and we couldn't save him fast enough. Tears streaming down my face, I hopped out of the trench and stood there shooting anyone in sight that wasn't with my side. I soon felt a sharp pain in my chest and fell to the ground. In my last moments I heard (Y/N) and Gerard shouting my name...

I sat up and was immediately engulfed in a hug. I saw Gerard and (Y/N) and teared up with happiness. I kissed my boyfriend and gave my brother a bone crushing hug. Even though I was dead, it wasn't the end of the world. I had my family back.
