Lamoni walked through the cafeteria with her headphones in since she now didn't talk to anybody in the school.
ever since she fought Zalaya, she's been spreading fake rumors about her. every time she walked into the hall or in a class the whispers began.
but Moni didn't really care. she knew what was real and she didn't care if anybody else didn't, she wasn't going to explain herself of go back and fourth with Zalaya.
leave the cafeteria she walked to the bathroom and did her business before walking over to the sink to wash her hands.
as she was drying her hands she saw Zalaya and her "crew" walk in and just stand there.
Lamoni sighed already knowing what they was on. She just turned around and stared at them.
"you was talkin big shit so what's up?" Zalaya said. Lamoni exhaled "i haven't said a word but it's whatever. I know one thing y'all not finna try to jump me." moni said looking around at the zalaya and the two girls behind her.
"nah i know y'all finna try and jump and i'm not going." Moni said before walking past them trying to walk out the bathroom.
right before she reached the door she felt all the them jump on her knocking her to the ground.
instantly the bathroom filled with people recording which was confusing because it was like they was right on time.
Thinking quick Moni began throwing the hardest punched she could. One of her swings connected with the back of one of the girls knocking which instantly knocked her out.
not even stopping for a second to think moni kept swinging picking herself up off the ground.
She squared up with the other girl sending punched straight to her stomach and head causing her to start leaking.
After the other girl was down she turned her full attention toward Zalaya. She began letting all of her anger out on her.
she was send straight face shots getting Zalaya to the ground. getting on top of her she grabbed her head and began slamming it on the bathroom tile.
just then the several S.R.O's pushed through the crowd of students pulling Lamoni off of her.
The screams of excitement from the other students faded away and Lamoni's mind began to race.
Moni was pulled out of them bathroom and escorted to the main office. Her leg bounced up and down as she sat in the office.
finally looking up and noticed paramedics running through the office.
all of a sudden Lamoni began to feel nauseous. She ran to the trash can before emptying her stomach.
"omg hunny are you alright?" the secretary asked her as she stood up from her chair. "Yes ma'am." Moni said standing to her feet.
a dizzy feeling washed over her before she knew it she blacked out.

Lamoni's eyes fluttered open, instantly closing them due the bright light above her and the giant headache she had.
rubbing her eyes she looked around the room seeing that she was now what looked like a hospital room.
the room was empty, nobody else in it but her. looking down she noticed that she was no longer in her previous clothes, but now in a hospital gown.
just as she began sitting up the door opened and in walked in a woman in scrubs with made Lamoni assume she was her nurse.
"oh good you're up. you took quite a fall." the white lady said walking over to her. "um I passed out?" Moni asked confused.
"yes ma'am. I will run out and get the doctor and let him speak to you." The nurse said leaving the room not letting Moni answer.
"well damn." Moni whispered under her breath looking around the room waiting on the doctor.
a while later a black woman walked in. "Hello miss... Simons." the doctor said checking her clipboard.
Moni just smiled and waved at her. "it seems that you passed out due to stress, butmiss Simons were you aware that you are pregnant?" the doctor asked folding her hands in her lap.
Moni froze hoping she just misheard her, "huh?" She said. "yes ma'am. we ran some blood tests while you were out, and according to your hCG levels you are about 7 to 8 weeks."
Just sitting there in shock Moni couldn't speak. "now of course we can discuss your options...." Moni heard the woman began saying her voice faded into muffling.
looking down at her feet Lamoni's eyes began to swell with tears. thinking back everything started to add up and moni began to wonder how she didn't notice.
She hasn't had her cycle for a while. And Eli and her didn't use protection. "i'll give you a moment." the doctor said gently placing her hand on Moni's calf before exiting the room.
not know who else to call moni grabbed her phone calling Layla.
"hello?" Layla said on the other end of the line. As soon as Lamoni heard her voice she broke down.
"Layla, I'm pregnant." She said as she began to sob. "what? are you sure?" She said trying to comfort her.
"yes. Zalaya and her friends tried to jump me at school earlier and while O was in the office I passed out the doctor said due to stress but they said i'm also pregnant." Moni said crying even harder.
"What try tried to jump you ?!" Layla yelled. "yes." Moni said barely able to get her words out due to her crying.
"which hospital are you at? I'm on my way." Layla said.
"Henry." she said wiping her eyes. "oh babes i'm on my way. send me your room number too." she said before they both hung up.
Moni looked at her clipboard before sending her room number to Layla. she pushed the call button calling a nurse into the room.
as the nurse walked in she asked "uh im sorry but can I get the doctor in here please?"
"oh no problem sweetie." she said before exiting the room. not long after the doctor walked in.
"yes?" the said walking over to Moni. "uh i was wondering if the...baby was ok?" she asked.
"That was our next step to give you and ultrasound and check the heart beat and the health." she said
"oh ok." moni said. "i'll just go get all my equipment and be back shortly." the nurse said exiting the room.
