Kibum really hates it when Taemin starts behaving like this.

It's nothing out of the ordinary, just the younger being overly hyper for no reason at all. Or so Kibum thinks.

Taemin isn't really always this much of a pain in the ass you see. He's usually a little more tuned down than this, it's not much of a difference but he normally does jump around their house with a wide grin on his face that , for some reason, Kibum doesn't find cute at all.

He's been trying to ignore the latter for quite some while now but the results don't seem to be going his way.

Kibum has noticed, over the years he's been with Taemin, that when the younger is ignored while he's acting up or doing something totally weird, it gets him to stop whatever he's doing and come cuddle him.

Right now, he's trying - more like dying - to watch some TV in peace but it proves to no avail.

Taemin is circling him round and round the couch he's sitting on and for ten minutes now, he's ignored him, wishing it'd go away.

The 'it' in this situation is Taemin.

The older sighs for the nth time and puts his face into his palms, screaming internally.

He finally removes his palms from his face and looks straight ahead when he feels fingers prodding his cheek and he doesn't need to look up to know it's Taemin, a huge smile filling his face up.

"What?" Kibum mumbles, really tired of watching the younger one moving in circles.

"Look at me," Taemin demands and while Kibum is many things, he's still weak for Taemin.

He looks up and Taemin giggles even more than he was the whole time since they had woken up.

It might not seem like it, but Kibum silently loves this part of Taemin. This carefree part no one else but him gets to see and the thought warms his chest.

Taemin as a dancer, singer amongst other things, really knows how to control his emotions when he needs to. Take ADVICE and place it against ATLANTIS and tell me that that's the same person performing them both.

So yes, he's very witty and creative when it comes to facial expressions but naturally, Taemin is a smiling person. When out of view of the cameras and fans, the smile he puts on for his boyfriend is entirely different from those he'd been wearing all day.

It's more natural, more relaxed, more homey and domestic.

It's times like that that make Kibum wonder how on earth he managed to end up with such a beautiful light bulb that seemed to never be out of enough power while he was nothing but a lit torch that seems to get more dim as he grows up.

And right now that he's looking at Taemin, wide eyed and big smiles, he's thankful he's met him because he doesn't know who else would possibly match with him and his weird personality.

"There you go!" Taemin says, moving closer to Kibum and latching onto his forearm.

The other sighs.

"What is it, Taeminnie?" he asks.

"What day is today?" The question is strangely targeting something and Kibum does NOT want to know what it is.

"It most definitely is not our anniversary so don't try that prank," Kibum warns and Taemin only laughs at him as if he were one big joke. "I remember our anniversary."

Kibum doesn't actually remember or forget their anniversary, he just has an alarm set for that and if it doesn't ring, that means he's totally safe.

And it didn't ring that day either.
