Classes, Clickes, but He's No Cliché

Chapter 10

Tyler's POV
I walked into school around 8:20 and walked down to Sam's second period class. I watched as every student slowly left the room, and as the next class began to enter. Sam didn't walk in. Where was she.
I walked on down the hall, contemplating calling her. No, I just walked around to the main office.
"Hi did Samantha Krystal come in today?" I asked the main attendant.
"No she was called in absent." She responded, with a smile.
I rolled my eyes as I turned and walked out of the office.
Sam's POV
As we sat in my room, Jailynn pulled out my makeup and placed it on the bed. I reached down under the bed and pulled out my nail polish and manicure bag. This was gonna be a spa day. Then I decided to put the manicure box back under my bed.
No one noticed me take it out. Good.
I wanted to make this day special for both Jailynn, Kasey, and I. Kasey and I exchanged glances. We started to laugh. As I ripped open my makeup bag and started opening liquid foundation. Kasey was applying makeup primer to Jailynn's face as I followed her lines applying the foundation. Once I finished with the foundation, Kasey was already applying the powder. I began to apply the eyeshadow over her eyes, in her favorite color, mint, which I ombré into tan. Kasey applied eyeliner as I put on the mascara. We took a step back and took a look at Jai. She was so naturally pretty, but the loads of makeup made her look and feel like a pageant girl. As we walked into Jailynn's room and rummaged through her closet, we noticed we needed to get her in some cute clothes. I handed Jailynn a pair of white shorts and a flannel shirt covered by a vest. I smiled as Jailynn walked back into my room. My 8 year old sister looked like a princess. I smiled at Kasey and said, "Lets go get our nails done, and maybe do a little shopping!"
"Prom shopping?" Kasey asked me.
"Can we Sam! I wanna go prom dress shopping with you!"Jailynn asked me in a high pitched voice.
I smiled at Jailynn and just nodded my head as I grabbed a cute day dress out of my closet and threw my hair up into a ballerina bun.
I walked into my moms room and asked her for money, she gave me $50. I kissed her and walked out.
The girls were already waiting in the car, I smiled at Jailynn when I saw her not sitting in a car seat. She started to laugh as I opened my trunk and grabbed her car seat and put it in her seat. She hopped up and bucked her seat. I got in the car and turned on Taylor Swift's Style.

As we walked into the nail salon, the little Chinese woman asked us what we were going to get. I smiled and said, "3 mani-pedi's and 2 Brazilian Waxes." I just looked over at Kasey and we laughed.
The little lady said the total would be $73.56. I handed her the 50 my mom gave me, and the rest of the money came from my wallet.
As Jailynn hopped up into a massage/pedicure chair, Kasey went into the back to get her waxing. Once she was done and my pedicure was over, we switched and Jailynn was getting her nails done as Kasey was getting a pedicure. I walked out and sat down in a manicure chair, Kasey came and sat right next to me. Jailynn was done by now and running around the salon with no shoes on. Once we were done we all hopped back in the car, and decided to get coffee. Of course Starbucks was packed so we went down the street to Dunkin.
"Can I have a Medium Carmel Swirl Iced Coffee, with cream and extra sugar? Also, a medium hot chocolate with whipped cream, not too hot. Finally can I have a-" I stopped and looked at Kasey.
She chimed in, "A Mint Chocolate Chip Iced coffee with extra sugar."
The total was $11.67, I handed the cashier the change and she handed me the drinks.
The time was already 2:00! I noticed as we walked through the mall into Windsor. Jailynn pointed to a poofy mint dress for me to try on. As I walked out into the store to show Jailynn my first dress, Kasey walked out behind me. I looked at Kasey, "Where is she."
"What?" Asked Kasey.
"Where is Jailynn."
"I don't know."
I noticed off across the store into the outside walkway, Jailynn was talking to a man, wearing a dark sweatshirt. I ran out of the store, the alarms went off, I grabbed Jailynn's hand and carried her into the store. They deactivated the alarms and carried on with their day. I looked across the way, Tyler was sitting their in that dark sweatshirt, laughing into his hand.
I turned to Kasey she was holding Jailynn close to her, with only the space of the dress between them. I got unchanged with Jailynn in the dressing room. I explained to her that Tyler was not being very nice lately and if she saw him to come find me, unless your at school then go get a teacher. She just kept nodding. I walked out of the dressing room, and Kasey was already set to leave. He was still sitting there. As we walked out of the store, he followed behind us. Kasey picked up Jailynn and Tyler grabbed me by the arm. I tried to shake him, and he wouldn't let go. I told Kasey to walk to the car.
"Let go in the next two seconds-" he cut me off.
"Or what?" He said
"You will regret it Tyler."
He let go, and whispered in my ear, "I love you darling, see you later." Then he kissed the side of my neck. I pushed him away and got to my car. We drove home and by the time we got home it was 3. It had been a long day and it was going to be a longer night of explaining to my mother ahead of me.
